Hahaha I don't know if I'd go that far, but I'm working at the craft! I'll have to workshop a sausage nickname for myself. Can't take the "king" title from Tyler Hodge
Much appreciated Drew! Not sure if freezing the cheese did much haha. Gonna have to try the baking soda technique you used. I also think 5 jalapeños is the way to go 🤙🏻
Hey Harry greetings from England my friend, the one thing I haven’t tried yet is sausages.. I think that’s next on my menu.. I definitely like the look of yours, so maybe at Easter when I have some time off work I’ll give them a go… great content as ever my friend! Keep it coming…. Drew
Drew! I appreciate you watching man! Sausage making can be intimidating, but it’s a fun craft once you get started. One of the best things is that you can break up the process into two or three days if you want. Definitely give them a go when you have time and let me know how they turn out! Appreciate you watching as always!
looks so delicious! I got my meat grinder and stuffer and a pack of chuds starter mix just after Christmas but I have yet to make any sausages yet. hopefully next week. definetly going to be making them jalapeño cheddar for sure.
Love to hear this! The first batch can be a little intimidating, but it’s fun to try and embrace any mistakes along the way! The chuds starter mix makes it super easy! Just don’t forget pink salt!
Awesome! Thanks for the tip! Do you leave them uncovered at room temp or in the fridge? I tried freezing the cheese cubes. Most did not melt out. I had a couple of holes in the final product, but nothing crazy.
Definitely going to do a turkey sausage video when we get closer to Thanksgiving. I’ll have to play around with more chicken sausage recipes. I did a buffalo chicken sausage a few weeks back
Nailed this one. That sausage looked as good as any I’ve made or had. Nicely done.
I appreciate that! Working hard to improve my sausage game! I appreciate you watching!
The new sausage king of upstate NY - great links my friend

Those look money! Love the idea of freezing the cheese before stuffing. Going to do that moving forward

These look fantastic bro! excellent batch!
I appreciate you watching man! Probably my best batch to date! More sausage videos to come!
If you don't Subscribe you don't like BBQ!
That is so true haha
Those are some great looking links 👌🏻
Dave! I appreciate you watching man! I’ve learned a lot from you! Cheers 🍻
Looks amazing!
Much appreciated! Tasted as good as it looked! Appreciate you watching!

You're getting really good at that, and the Blue's clues too! What about a bulgogi or fajita sausage?
Much appreciated! Definitely trying to improve my sausage game. Both of those sound like amazing ideas for sausage! I'll try to workshop some recipes!
Wild rice cranberry 😋
That sounds like a tough flavor combo to pull off haha, but I can make a Thanksgiving dinner sausage using cranberry
them turned out good...
Much appreciated! Some of the best links I’ve made so far!
them are market worthy...
I appreciate that! Maybe one day I’ll be able to sell them!
I have good luck cubing regular cheese and putting it on a sheet uncovered and let them dry. The cheese does not melt out as easy.

@@harrythehorsebbq in the fridge so they dry out a bit
Got it! Gonna have to try it@@breugel1
A 4 yr old would've beat me to spot that Blue Lt. Probably due to a few regular Blue's consumed....
This is hilarious 😂 glad you’re playing along at home haha. A few blues can make it hard to find the clues haha
chicken or turk....
