Yes, not for final tightening but for disassembly and assembly. If you know what you're doing, absolutely. Been working as a tech for 15 years, it's absolutely common.

Did this one leak coolant or oil?
I was waiting for one of the water pump cover bolts to snap on you lol
Haha what do you think I am, a ROOKIE?!
@@mxgryan No sir! Thanks for the video !
@@michaelpresey2273 welcome Michael, thanks for the kind words!
Mines leaking out of the spark plug captivity hole I believe it’s called, it’s right under the inlet for the coolant
That's oil.
can you do the inner seal out after the outer one. why not replace both?
Useful bro thank you
Would this cause the oil and coolant to mix as well though?
No, that would be inner seal.

Sounds like a waterpump seal to me!
@@mxgryan okay thank you i appericate it a ton!
Will this seal, cause coolant leaking into the oil?
That’s a head gasket.
Should I be hearing my kxf 450 2015 breathing air near the air filter compartment???
Yeah that's normal to hear it suck air
Do you know would you do the same process for 2019 or newer KX 450 pump seal replacement
Yes
Where was your coolant leaking from, mines leaking from the hole on the cylinder
That would be oil.
@@mxgryan no it’s coolant coming out of it
@@banditshane6706 No it's not.
@@mxgryan how you gonna tell me what’s coming out of my bike? It’s not oil, it’s coolant
@@banditshane6706 because it's not possible for coolant to come out of that hole.
That’s the quickest way to strip threads and or cross thread bolts. Jesus using an impact on 8 mm bolts
Good thing it's my bike and not yours, right?
@@mxgryan damn tooting. Wouldn’t let you near my bike
@stevesmith756 OH you wouldn't have to worry about me working on your junk, Stevey.
@@mxgryan it’s nice they let 5 yr olds post videos and comment on UA-cam now
Impact on cast? 😆

Radiator fluid lol
Yup
I would not want you working on my bike. Crossed and strip threads just waiting to happen (along with snapped bolts).
I'd never go anywhere near you, much less work on your bike.
😂 I like this guy
