This home is located in Heber Springs, Arkansas and is the home where Mindy's life tragically came to an end on the front porch only a month after the same fate of her boyfriend David Wilson. This home was up for sale in 2022, and these are photos of the home and inside the home as Mindy had left it.

It's a really beautiful home 😊.i love those floors and the kitchen!! Perfect view too❤. I can't name one song by her but if i could live there i would keep beautiful flowers and an angel on the porch. And if live a beautiful life there and bring love to the land
Her son’s name is still on the wall in his bedroom and the front porch furniture from when she killed herself is also still there.

I did read on another website that this house had been sold in the past year or so. I know real estate is high and this is considered lakefront property; however the owner(whoever that is) sold it for over $600,000+. Its actually not that big. Around 1400 sq. ft. Nice slate floors.
A youtuber making a video of it did a walking tour of the street and neighborhood of Foxchase. He stopped in front of the house and zoomed in. There was a car in the driveway. It'a a little different now. The big glass window to the right of the door has been closed in. Whomever bought the place is braver than I am. I don't think I would or could live there with the terrible situation of the suicides and sadness and heartache that obviously took place at the house. RIP Mindy!
So in 2024 is anyone brought it or is it in the family just wondering should be a musem or her records and pitcures very sad she should got the help she neededthen she might still be here today So very sad

She didn’t have to kill the dog.
She was in a deep dark depression. That coupled with drinking straight vodka and prescription medication will really hamper your rational thinking. She wanted to be with David and that dog was his so in her mind she believed that they would all be reignited again. She would have never harmed an animal in her right mind she always cared deeply for her animals.

I would never want this house, after what happened there I think there's a dark spirit cast on this place, very scary, I love her to pieces but what she did is terrible and I want to know why no one cared enough to keep an eye on her closer than they did?? why,
Many people tried to help her. She wouldn't help herself.
Yes, the video said it was up for sale in 2022. I wonder if it has been bought by someone. I can't imagine staying there after all the sadness and heartache at this place. Just a terribly sad story.
@@terrihilder8217 I think they'd be better off leveling the whole house, haul everything off and build a new home , It's a beautiful area, but that house is just too tainted with bad now, I seen a video somewhere on this site, and it showed the rooms, and one of the rooms was just like she had it painted, it has the name Zander on the wall, the name of MIndy's son. this is too tragic.
Why level the entire house? Mindy and her boyfriend are not there anymore. Apparently the place isn't haunted because it's been bought.
@@5954ldydi Some people might not mind the history, but personally I couldn't live there, it takes a lot less than that to scare me. I'd walk out the front door to the wood deck and look down and that's where she did it under a tarp, that's scary, I was reading online years ago and it said they completely sanded and re-finished the deck to cover up the blood stain. hard to believe it's been over 11 years now.

It's obvious it need's to be torn down. Why anyone could afford to buy any lake front property is beyond me. Let alone a realtor trying to sell that pitiful stay place to make a profit. People on UA-cam don't need to profit from this.
Your English needs a bit of work.
At the VERY least take down the satellite dish. That alone shows trashy.
