How does it work with the Komodo ?

Well the Komodo has the 3,5 mm Jack input so it would work well for sure. But also keep in mind that the Komodo pre amps aren’t great! But this system would work with the komdo, and being it’s so small it would keep you rig small as wel

3:40 for real? $399 for the saramonic..no offence but you could have at least bought a Toiletry Bag for about 10 to 15 us.. but i understand the lark has to sell more

I don’t get your complain. I do carry the mics in the original box which I then put them in a back pack. Its a cleaner way to make sure I don’t loose pieces. While on the Lark everything is more organized by default.

@@AxiA i totally understand the lark is more organised by default i just think its a bit unfair to compare it like that cause there are alot of possibilities to fix this. there is no need to keep the saramonic in the original box and then put that box in a extra backpack. i'm truly sorry if it looks like i'm complaining i also own the saramonic kit all i did is spend an extra 15 bucks to buy a bag to keep things organized. i totally respect the way you want to carry or organize your gear but i don't see myself paying so much money for a gear and not buying a case or bag for it. you don't wanna buy a red komodo and use the original box as case and then in a backpack right? it's just this part that was confusing to me other than that good review

@@RafickBottse well my whole point is the I’m a filmmaker and I deal with audio because I have to and not because I necessarily want to. So the fact the that the hollyland doesn’t need an extra bag but fits in a pocket of a bag that you would carry anyway it’s a huge plus for me. I wouldn’t compare the Komodo to a set of microphones, being a camera is my main piece of gear that I’m passionate about and that it’s a huge investment. For me microphones are just an extra tool that I need in some occasions. Also being you own those saramonic you know how annoying it is to keep track of those clips to hang the receivers to your pants or pocket. All those little extra pieces are a problem for me, because if I loose those then It’s a problem. I do a lot of short films as a solo operator and I can really appreciate a product that doesn’t require a lot of my attention to work and to be safely stored without extra bags or unnecessary removable pieces. Don’t worry I don’t get offended at all, I’m just explaining my point a little bit more in depth.
