Asalamu alaikum sister, from a muslim sister to a muslim sister, I advise you to stay away from wearing makeup outside in front of non mahram men. In the quran (24:31) it says: "And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments except what normally appears. Let them draw their veils over their chests, and not reveal their ˹hidden˺ adornments except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their sons, their stepsons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, their fellow women, those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession, male attendants with no desire, or children who are still unaware of women’s nakedness". Meaning the purpose of hijab is to conceal a woman's beauty, and to privatise it due to how extremely precious it is. Wearing makeup isn't considered as being part of hijab as it beautifies the woman. There is also a hadith saying "Women who are dressed but appear naked, who will be inclined (towards men) and make (men) incline (toward them). They will not enter Jannah and they will not smell its fragrance where as its fragrance can be would be smelt from the distance of 500 years." Modesty is dignity and it needs to be protected. So sister I sisnscerly ask you to not fall into this sin. Wallahi you are beautiful the way Allah created you, live your life to please Him and don't fall for the pressure the kuffar have put many women in. I ask Allah to guide you, me and all Muslims❤

Allah عزوجل tells us clearly in the Qur’an nit to beautify ourselves when we keave the house and thats the whole purpose of hijab . Hijab isn't about just covering the hair my sister Surah An-Nur Ayah 31 And tell the believing women that they must lower their gazes and guard their private parts, and must not expose their adornment, except that which appears thereof, and must wrap their bosoms with their shawls, and must not expose their adornment, except to their husbands or their fathers or the fathers of their husbands, or to their sons or the sons of their husbands, or to their brothers or the sons of their brothers or the sons of their sisters, or to their women, or to those owned by their right hands, or male attendants having no (sexual) urge, or to the children who are not yet conscious of the shames of women. And let them not stamp their feet in a way that the adornment they conceal is known. And repent to Allah O believers, all of you, so that you may achieve success.

It's beautifying ones skin like enhancing even with light make up and skin tint , as you know we can do all that indoors in sha'Allah but not outside. The whole purpose of hijab is to create this barrier between us and non mahram and to cover our beauty not to draw any attention to us in sha'Allah .that's why it's best to wear niqab Alhumdulillah I know there are 2 opinions re niqab but to be honest I love wearing it and feels beautiful and closer to Allah. May Allah give us all tawfeeq
