- Welcome back to the channel, today we were invited to JCB works headquarters in Rocester to attend a backhoe experience day, with some other operators.
We started of with a historical tour of how JCB all started and where it is today, as well as the future of the company.
Moving into the live factory, lunch and finally the demo quarry.
I can’t thank JCB enough for this experiance and the hospitality we received.
Its was great to finally meet some other like minded operators 👍

Hello friend. Greetings from Korea. I booked jcb's Friday factory tour and have some questions. 1. Is it hard to get to that place by public transportation? 2.Or are they running shuttle buses as well? 3. Are experiences such as pt.2 included in the tour?
Hello there Sean, hope you are well. There are public transport options. You would get the train to Uttoxeter Station and then take a bus into Rocester - there is a bus stop about 3 minute walk away from the JCB Visitors Centre.
There are no shuttle buses running unfortunately.
As for pt2 of the video, that was a demo day for the 4cx. Unfortunately JCB don’t do a public visit to include that.

The JCB 3cx are a brilliant piece of equipment, an overall work horse. Try and buy equipment from a reputable company. I couldn’t possibly list off everything in a comment, but If you are unsure on what you are looking be sure to take someone with you who does. Even paying for their time will be worth every penny.
