Great video (as always) But also, noticeably very high quality. Picture and sound were both spot on pal. Your videos are always at a very high standard anyway but the picture in this video really stands out for me.
Really like your videos a lot. Hello from Vermont USA! In depth honest review and helped me to finally make the decision to look for a few, however so far I think we’ll have to wait in the states. Have been using tetra whisper pumps for nano tanks for years and they are pretty loud.
I found the bug canister filter I bought from them was OK ish it worked but the flow wasn't brill but compare it to my fx 6s and its like night and day
Just clicked on the link to see what price they were and was amazed to see the price of them. Thank you for another great video will be investing in a couple of these
Just started to look for a quiet air pump to run a small sponge filter in a little 10L tank to breed brine shrimp. Will be ordering through your link buddy 👍
Been looking at battery air pumps for a while. Looked at the all pond solutions ones but there were some questions about how loud it is. I run an Eheim 400 on my tank in the living room because it really quiet. Will get the nicrew to try.
You probably have a video where you have explained. But can you give me some information on your tank in this video.... I' e cost how many litres and where you bought it. Please.. cheers
Hi, very informative thank you. Please are you or other viewers able to help me. I purchased a Tetra APS 150 air pump for my aquarium, to attach to a 10 inch air stone bar purchased online. I have correctly installed the pump but I am only getting a few bubbles from the air stone bar, mainly from the join on the end of the bar nearest the air line. A small amount of bubbles leave the air line when I disconnect the air stone. Could it be that the pump is not strong enough to push the air through or am I missing something.
Hi, looking for a new air pump to replace my marina one as I've just got a bigger aquarium and it's no longer performing well enough. I just wondered if you could comment on the longevity of this air pump after a year?
Evening! Right I grabbed the Nicrew max, the dual air stone option after watching this video. Have to say I’m not too impressed! I find it very noisy even on the lowest setting. I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong? It’s like a constant pumping sound coming from the air stone itself. The pump is quiet enough but the sound seems to travel through the tubing or something?! Hard to describe! Wondered if it was my placement/length of tubing? Something else.. not sure :/
I'm not sure what's going on there - is that when the air stone is under water? If the pump itself is quiet, thats all you can really ask of the pump - maybe try a different air stone?
@@AquariumAdventures yeah I may do - the pump itself isn’t too loud but it’s almost like the sound is transmitting through the tubing to the airstone haha! I assume all I should hear is the bubbles!
Do you think you could run more than one sponge filter with this? I've used the others you've mentioned in the video, but like you said they are pretty unreliable and I've been thinking of upgrading to something quiet but also a bit more powerful. Two tanks would be OK, ideally three would be my goal.
@@AquariumAdventures Thanks! It's now between this and the Aquael Oxypro 150. They're about the same price. I would only run one 60cm and two 40cm tanks on it anyway. I guess that should be doable.
Great video, thank you.

Much appreciated!
Thank you so much! So fed up with noisy pumps!
Watched this Sunday ordered it there and then arrived today Monday and totally agree with you it really is a cracking little pump 👍👍👍
great review, buying one with your code, many thanks subbed
Thanks mate , your one of the good guys
I have one of these for about 6 months now, no issues at all and runs perfectly, just like the first day I got it.
now that looks like a handy airpump, and going by their lights, id definitely give it a go!
Thank you Graeme gonna go and order mine now!
I've ordered one will arrive today. Why don't all pump manufacturers have a battery backup included. Makes sense to me 😎👍
Good review, this is worth getting, thank you 💯👍👍
Excellent and quiet pump 👍

May have to look at these for a fry grow out
Awesome. Been looking into getting an air pump for a while. Will take your advice and grab me one of these. Cheers
You kinda look like you'd be Chris Nuñez older brother. Cool!
Now that is a good product
I can’t find that pump anywhere in North America
Maybe only available in your country: Ireland 🇮🇪
Thank you so much, keep it up!!
Does look better than my all pond solutions only lasts for 10 hours
Oh yeah anything they sell is a lottery ticket
I found the bug canister filter I bought from them was OK ish it worked but the flow wasn't brill but compare it to my fx 6s and its like night and day
Next time I need a pump this will be the one I think

Happy to help!
Whats the noise like off it ?? Looking for a quiet pump
Would love to get 1 but it's not here in the US. Hopefully they will release it here. Excellent review!
Looks good 👍
Thanks 👍 It is good!
Looks great
Great video
I just want one to run overnight when CO2 is off in my small planted tank. Looks perfect. Thanks for sharing.

Look like I'm gonna have to treat my self to a couple of these on pay day 😋
Yep - I was pretty impressed
Great guys
A year later is it still as impressed? As a clumsy person I appreciate your edit in the beginning lol
Yes - Have a couple of them now, still like them!
@@AquariumAdventures Brilliant! Thanks for reply 😁

Could it crack under water pressure once I’ve filled it with water ?
that looks the dogs danglers..... very good review indeed Graeme
Thankyou!
Looks great but doesn't look like it is available in the US right now.
great vid, i just bought one on your recommendation! looking forward to putting it to the test.

What's the best airstone?
Video quality looks good. New camera?
Nope, went to the trouble of setting some lights up!
Please comment where can I buy this one sir

Hi what size is your discus tank and how many litres does it hold and who did you get it from and what colour is that finish
Thanks
So many questions in so few words!
1. It is a bit over 5 x 2 x 2
2. 750l with sump
3. Fit Filtration in Sheffield
4. I can't remember, sorry!
@@AquariumAdventures thank you gray it looks stunning
Very good videos very informative

I think it would do two easily enough. Three at a push if they weren't particularly deep tanks - I'll test it and get back to you!

hi i have a 40x40x40cm cube tank but im worried the glass is to thin its 4mm thick could you advise please
Too thin for what?
@@AquariumAdventures is the glass thick enough or could it crack once filled with water under pressure
👍
I'm going to use it with black airlines against a black background.
