Ok, here's my theory. Yussa *has* to be a gold dragon at this point, let's be real. So, the plane shift scroll + tuning fork's destination is the Plane of Fire. Gold Dragons are attuned to the plane of fire, so I think that this particular plane shift scroll has a semi-predetermined location of arrival, which is some kind of safe house for Yussa, somewhere he can bamf to in case of emergency. However, being a gold dragon and, entirely immune to fire, safe for Yussa doesn't mean safe for the Nein.
So that *THEN* begs the question, is this "safe house" for Yussa solely for him? Or are there potentially other beings that live there? Or if it IS indeed solely for Yussa, could this be his hoard's location? Or is Tidepeak his hoard? *I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS.*
I agree the tuning fork has a predetermined spot and Hell yeah it's in the plane of Fire. Next episode should be named. Out of the Frying pan...Into the Fire
You know I was kind of iffy on the Yussa dragon theory because of his reluctance to go to the anti-magic place, because if he was a dragon, so what if he would have trouble with magic, if he's a dragon he could brute force and fire breath his way to victory? But with the scroll being in draconic definitely fuels the theory. I think teleporting into a safe haven could ease some nerves a bit.

Everybody is talking about Yussa being a Gold Dragon, but honestly I think it's way more likely that he's a Bronze Dragon. Living in an oceanside city in which he basically administrates and enacts his own justice over a part of? Everything about that screams Bronze.
@@lornaburns1862 That's more along the lines of a Copper Dragon. Bronzes can sometimes be gregarious, but only really ever with their own kind. To be honest, Golds and Bronzes have a LOT of overlap, probably more than any other pair of dragons. I'll admit, the biggest point in favor of Yussa being a Gold Dragon is his being a wizard, and it's a solid point. But it would only make sense if his tower is his lair, as Golds only lair in solid stone, and around sources of magic - and as far as we know, Yussa doesn't go out anywhere else much. But it's hard to believe any dragon lairing in such a vulnerable area, let alone a Gold, as they gather hordes of powerful items and lair around magical sources first and foremost to protect them from wrongdoers. Golds also employ a significant amount of protectors for their lair - most notably, good-natured cloud and storm giants. A Gold Dragon would **not** have a lone goblin butler as the guardian of its lair. The other problem with Yussa being a Gold is that they give off a distinctive scent of saffron when polymorphed, which they often are. @@iwillcry I said it was funny. I was just screaming at the screen the whole time to just talk to Carlos.
Eric Bowen same. I was laughing so hard but that situation could've been way easier haha
As much as Caleb's nat 20 was a clutch moment, everyone's acting like if Caleb hadn't rolled a 20, it would've failed just because Trent got a nat 20 as well.
Can someone explain the Steven Spielberg joke?
Marion: What have you done?
Jester: Well, Mama. What I did was I charmed a Cerberus Assembly guard, told him who you were and where you live, I let him escape alive, then he ran and told Trent, and now Trent is here. But you know, even though I have totally endangered you, I want to keep you safe! At least I didn’t kill a guard : D
Meanwhile...
Veth: So Caleb, do you feel guilty enough yet for killing some Cerberus Assembly guards? Cos I really want you to feel like shit about it, even though I also enacted violence. Oh, and also, I’m blaming you for endangering my family, even though Jester told a Cerberus Assembly guard personal information, and I took too long searching for unnecessary extra loot we didn’t need and delayed our secret escape from Trent. Oh, and one more thing. You know those crystals I stole? The same ones that traumatised you in your past? How about you try using them again to aid us in our quest! I’m such a good, considerate friend! : D
Caleb: *shakes in PTSD*
Me: What the fuck is this utter clownery?
Dnd adventurers in a nutshell
Absolute baffoonery
Where are the highlights for 127? Just curious
I was out of commission that week due to getting the first dose of the covid vaccine ;-;
@@NicoNeilson Plus, if folks want another source of highlights along with your own, I highly recommend marisharaygun's videos as well.
@@NicoNeilson Okay! No worries! Hope the side effects didn't hit you too hard, mate! DM me on Discord, if you ever need a chat ❤️
@@NicoNeilson i had both shots with no problem back with other first-liners. Shouldn't last very long at least, just remember to get the second shot if you're getting the Moderna or Pfizer vax. If you had problems with the first shot, it seems to run 50% on having similar side-effects on the second. Hang in there.
Well this aged like milk
Can someone catch me up real quick
Can someone explain the Spielberg comment.
Nico I've really enjoyed watching your videos, that being said I'm blocking your channel. They get posted so fast that on more than one occasion the title/thumbnail has been a major/minor spoiler before I can even watch the episode here. I wish you all the best.
Caleb vs Trent? Apparently I gotta watch it again because I totally missed that part. As far as I remember the M9 just murdered a bunch of helpless, low-level dudes and then ran like pussies before a fight against someone who could actually punch back could kick off.
Bro what are you even talking about lol. Most Mighty Nein encounters are pretty tough, and Trent is clearly above their level. Why are you trying to "tough guy" a dnd party?
