- Growing succulents indoors, in no sun can be tricky. These wonderful plants are hardy and brilliant, but most have a weakness- surviving in indirect, low light.
But not all succulents. There is a good selection of plants that will be fine growing in spots in your house where the sun does not reach.
They may not be as beautiful and colourful as some of the sun-loving types but they are still gorgeous.
In this video we'll have a look at why most succulents have trouble growing indoors, in no sun, what the acceptable light levels indoors are and which succulents are best to be grown in indirect light.

Thank you very much 👍👍
Wow thats a lot of succulents 😊thanks for sharing 😊
🙂💚
Thank you! I love your interior spaces 😍Is it possible to grow COLORFUL succulents indoors? Some videos talk about stressing them out by manipulating the temperature and light; but for indoors, would it work if we just blast them with a high output light? I bought some beautiful succulents a month ago and put them under LED light (providing around 100 ppfd) but all the colors have faded 🥺
Have you made your video that you mentioned in this one, the one for succulents that would do well in a shady house?
I do have one where i name good indoor succulents (link below). Imo, the best ones for shadier spots in the house would be Rhipsalis, Draceana (formerly Sansevieria) and Haworthia attenuta/ fasciata cultivars.🙂

What is the cause of blisters growing on echveria leaves?
It can be a number of things- blisters are a sign of damage or dead cells. It could be fungus damage, pests taking a bit to eat. But it can also be burst, dead cells from too much water. I'm gonna make a video on it 😀
What ones can I grow indoors?
You can try Haworthia, Aloe, Gasteria, Sansevieria (Draceana), Rhipsalis . They are a bit on the green side, but still nice plants 🙂💚
