down 85 pounds in 6 months and still ear pizza, cereal, ultimate butter popcorn, chocolate, cake, cookies ect, just less of it and less often. i do limit stuff like breads and potatoes only because they are higher in calories so it's easier to stay under my limit if i eat less of them
Potatoes ? Wdym ? McDo potatoes ? Because if you talk about regular potatoes that's one of the lowest shit you can eat in terms of calories in it's category. It's basically 1kcal for 1g.

If he does a food challenge of say 10k Calories, he removes it from his weekly total and devides the remainder by 6 days. If its too much, and his daily calories would go too low, he adjusts his monthly total. He's in excellent shape actually, like hes jacked. It just shows its not about day to day, but long term consistency.

It's calories in vs. calories out ultimately. However, eating only your favorite junk foods to a certain caloric limit every day is extremely tough as it is extremely easy to overeat. Sugary foods carry high calories in low amounts whereas healthier foods carry lower calories in higher amounts. It's just easier and healthier to eat whole unprocessed foods to feel more full, satisfied, and lose weight vs. eating solely junk food in a caloric deficit. By all means, have your favorite sugary foods, but it should be planned and in small portions to fit your calories for the day/week.
my girlfriend wants to lose weight, already on a high protein diet, told her to first see how much you eat right now. how that changes ur weight and if you lose weight just keep in w/e you want. like the soda n chocolate, but if you dont lose weight/stay the same or gain see what you want to cut. Do this check again in 2 weeks and rinse n repeat

I could eat an entire family size bag of chips in one sitting like it’s nothing, but put a piece of steak with some broccoli and a protein shake in-front of me and all of a sudden I get full. I have significantly reduced my carbs and have lost 8 pounds since my last weigh in, I’ll see how much I’ve lost soon.

Do you have any GI problems? if the answer is "I don't know" definitely get checked out, you shouldn't be getting pain from drinking something that's not wildly too acidic/alkaline to consume. might just be an intolerance/allergy to something in the soda you drink or it could be something like IBS. best thing to do is get checked out
