I love these characters and their relationships and how Jay brings them to life. The skits are so well thought out, written, and acted---I've never seen anything like it. Every character has depth and feels real, even while they are hilarious.
I am a teacher and I am sooooo blown away not just with his talent playing multiple characters but his creativity and insight on so many different topics. Often times, they may have struggled themselves with things we do not know about. Its okay to be cordial and to set boundaries while having empathy. I find that taking the time to listening to them, telling them about the positive traits their children have or just asking about them can help build that trust little by little. Same goes with students - people can feel your energy and fear. Often times people just want to be seen as human beings and to be treated with respect and compassion.
