@@flstudiotricks6903 It seems like every time someone asks you to make a video you’ve already made it 😂😂😂 that’s good though. Thank you for your content and wisdom!!
Depends on the sample... many samples like vocals or many risers, downlifters don´t make use out of any envelopes but having them placed in the timeline can help a lot in terms of general overview that you can see how they evolve over time... It´s a matter of taste... different tools for different purposes... 🙂
It´s about making templates, right? Many people like to work with send/return tracks... and for this template I made the connections to 4 send/return tracks... But for the initial state you don´t want to automatically send already any signal to them... you want the connections but at -inf level... to do so you can just use the command Sidechain to this track which actually does a send connection but with -inf level. If I would have done Route to this track then it would have created sends but at full volume...
@@flstudiotricks6903 thx, ok i get the point. so i have all connections done and can later f.e. i have vocals on channel 14 and blend in the routing volume of channel 14 to the reverb channel to control individual channels but not having to set up a reverb plugin seperatly for every single channel - we use tue sent for that. is this about it?
@@lausbub1234 Yep, that´s the idea... You share one plugin with multiple channels which has the positive side effect too that you put everything in one "space" so to speak, which can lead to more natural results in i.e. acoustic music...
5:48 You just dragged from the plugin picker onto the track and it automatically asked you to name it? When I do it, I have to name it manually and only the track and mixer get changed but not the pattern. How did you do it?
You can use 2 modifier keys for this drag and drop functionality: 1. holding "Shift" blocks the plugin opening it´s GUI automatically for those which do... 2. holding "ALT" opens the renaming field automatically... I use this all the time because the pattern gets the same name this way too...
I am looking for a way to un-route all ( or multiple) of my mixer inserts from an another one ( for instance from the master) at once. Iam not sure if there is any shortcut key for it or not.
The only way is to use the "Route to this track only" options in the Mixer... I.e. if you want a few channels routed to another channel as a bus instead of the Master you could select all of these (CTRL+left drag), right click the little triangle on the bottom of your new bus channel and say "Route to this track only"... This would kill all other routing for these tracks but this is the disadvantage too if you got them routed to i.e. send channels before or if you had routed them as side chain signals before... There is sadly no other way...
Leider bleiben bei mir die Namen, Routings und Farben nicht in Takt. Es wird komplett überschrieben. Was mache ich falsch?
Since the first day i discovered this channel everything has changed
Thank you!
Great tutorial, thank you, I would like to actually see you use this template by adding some sounds to get a better idea of how it works thank you.
I will see :-)
I couldn´t do any videos since some time as I first had to upgrade my hardware which is now nearly done...
I like the friendly dig at FL studio tips haha

@@gachgotit134 You're welcome!
i don't use the limiter in the master because i use FL ASIO driver that it has one in it.
Does fruity soft clipper work as limiter on master track?
It should but haven´t tested properly...
But keep in mind that it will distort the sound when being hit too much.
I don’t like adding samples directly on to the track because you cannot use the ADSR function on it.

How to create sand tracks easily and fast.??
Hold shift and left click on the bottom arrow to sidechain to the track.
@@navazmerchant3241 And that creates mix tracksAnd that creates subMix???
@@navazmerchant3241 It's one thing to sandchain and another to Sand_tracks the mixer..
