This is amazing! I love the heavy Lord of the Rings inspiration, but I also like how you're not afraid to incorporate your other interests and fantasy themes into the room. The table and couch setup looks so comfortable and a cosy place to sit and play games at with family and friends, all those swords hanging from the wall and those tankards sitting atop of your RP book shelf is such an awesome touch too.
I actually have a few replica swords myself, and a drinking tankard, I'd like a room similar to this in the future, maybe not quite as intense and dedicated as yours, but similar. :)

Only thing I can think of to change would be to remove the wooden bar on the table that's at shin level. I find that I tend to fidget a lot when I've been at tables with something like that; where some times I'd be resting my feet on top of it or under it.
Other than that, congratulations on coming this far and making a gaming room. It's something I've always wanted to do but I don't have a lot of money. Also, I too started table top roleplaying in 1991. My first game was Cyberpunk 2020.

Not at all, it’s rare that we all can get together as you know that’s the toughest part of our role-playing group, being able to assist to every session, most of the time we are between five and six, which I hope we can agree is the best number, and yes we have done almost all of them, many times over
