Wb2006xx plus the beta is a month old and the creator said he made many changes in the real game that he can’t even look at the beta
Everyone be sure to read the prequel novel Marvel's Avengers: The Extinction Key before playing the game. It's an official prequel story that lead right into the events of the game. It's the Avengers fighting the Zodiac for possession over the Zodiac Key. It brings in this worlds version of Doctor Strange and Brother Voodoo. I've already read it and it really does tie directly into the game. It's AWESOME!!

AIM and M.O.D.O.K are the perfect villains to kick off a new Marvel Gamerverse. They are the perfect villains for this game

There’s been a lot of mixed reactions to this game as to how the game will be good overall. I’m a huge critic and I even make videos reviewing things like these, but people should be a little more chill when it comes to judging a game so quickly. Let the game launch, give it a chance, and let’s see how it does, how it plays, and what’s next to come. Just from the beta and leaks alone I’m excited for this game and I haven’t played more than 5 hours yet.

Fun fact, in the comics Monica has a daughter who became a superpowered SHIELD agent called Scorpion, and whose father is heavily implied to be Bruce Banner.

The mission where you're Hulk and you need to find Monica was absolutely epic.

I remember as a child reading about A.I.M. in a Spider-Man Comic where I saw Iron Man for the first time. They teamed up in Europe and it was awesome.

The throwbacks to the original content, for someone like myself who has been introduced with the MCU and is now going back to learn more info, is what really makes me appreciate what CD is doing with this game. And the reasoning behind the actions, even the villains, makes them so relatable and realistic. I already love the beta more than any other game I've played this year, but this(along with the other cutscenes I've seen) really has me excited to experience the story Sept 1st!

Modok is actually a Captain America villain, which makes sense as A.I.M. started as just a branch of Hydra along with the Secret Empire
It's like Hydra is Cap arch enemies, A.I.M is Iron Man's arch enemy corporation, not his arch enemy but the main corporation of villains

They dont, 3 years after launch and the game being shut down and delisted, aim is never actually beaten or exposed at all
for all the haters out there, they just fixed every issue with this game in the newest update.
Did they fix the generic nature of the Gameplay and the uneccesery looter shooter mrchanics ? Or even the cringe dialogue/humor
I read through it and they even say themselves in the patch notes that they are still working on fixes and there are still a good amout of problems they have to fix. Stop being so ignorant. So many people praise the game to death ignoring all the problems it still has. The beta should have started atleast a month ago if they really wanted to find and fix problems.

This game's story seems really similar to an X-men sort of thing.
My guess is they started writing this game's story back when the Marvel mandate was still "replace the X-Men with the Inhumans," so they probably did just swap out mutants for Inhumans and Sentinels for Adaptoids.

"Iron man armored adventures" and "superhero squad" introduced me to A.I.M.

Wow, this game makes A.I.M. look awesome. I would not mind if MCU A.I.M. becomes the next major antagonist group after MCU HYDRA, especially if MCU A.I.M. becomes good as this version here.

I like that we’re kinda going away from “typical” Marvel storylines. If you notice lately, in terms of games with an ensemble, Marvel has been pushing a lot of cosmic events, like the Infinity Guantlet in Ultimate Alliance, or Ultron Sigma in MvC Infinite.
So it’s kinda cool to see arguably “B and C Tier” villains like AIM, Modok, Taskmaster, and Abomination.
Unfortunately, if the leaked achievements are to be believed, towards the end of the game we get flung into cosmic events all over again.
Can we get Dr. Doom as the next big enemy. He, his Region and his robots were interesting and very fun to fight against in Marvel Heroes Online. I miss the game.
Idk much about Doom, so it’d be great to have something like that. Or someone could recommend some comics to me
I feel like this is gonna be a game where the people who don't buy it right off are gonna see launch footage and either feel bad for not buying right away or get upset that it's not the MCU but to those latter folks I say adios!
I just remembered playing as both iron man and war machine in "iron man 2", Aim was there.
I played the beta, and i loved it! I've had lots of fun with the game so far! Especially the HARM missions! Though there were a few glitches, i still had fun nonetheless! :D

I played some of the beta this weekend and I must say that the game looks amazing! As a marvel fan it's so exciting seeing the avengers making it onto the gaming world.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to provide some feedback.
Gameplay:
1. Blocking vs Dodging. It felt unfit for Hulk to dodge attacks when he is strong enough to block attacks. Dodging should be for characters that are more fragile like Black Widow whilst tanks like the Hulk should be able to easily block high damage attacks and even deflect projectiles.
2. Jumping. It would be good to allow enhanced jumping whilst the characters are still, rather than when only running. As at the moment characters like Hulk and Kamala can super jump only when running, which makes it difficult to reach high places or platforms which require more precision.
3. Teamwork. Please consider adding the ability to carry other characters on for traversal. For example Hulk could help out another character putting them on his back to jump around the map, or flying characters could grab someone and fly them over to reach more places. Even cooler in the eventuality of adding characters with teleportation abilities who could teleport other characters too. This would really enhance the teamwork experience.
4. Enhance damage resistance/health for tank characters. Hulk is the one I died most whilst playing whilst Black Widow I managed to stay alive the longest. Hulk felt very slow and also unable to block attacks and unable to take hits. He's a tank, he should feel like one. Whilst flexible characters like BW have their upper hand when it comes to dodging and speed, Hulk could have his when it comes to blocking damage and resisting damage.
Maps:
1. Please add more depth (areas to grapple on, exploration, tunnels, rooms etc) to the location maps. Some feel very flat and empty with not much to do except beating up enemies.
2. Please higher up the invisibile ceiling. It felt very underwhelming for Ironman to hit an invisible wall at such low highs. Especially during the mission in the city, it was strange not being able to fly over buildings and explore rooftops.
3. More voice conversation between the avengers! They need some voicelines to talk to each other whilst as a team. It felt like they're strangers to each other and only talking when someone needs to be revived.
4. Add damage immunity for characters whose powers are based on certain damage types. For example Hulk should be immune (or highly resistant) to radiation damage (from enemies or from the environment).
5. Make things liftable and throwable. Mighty characters like Hulk and Iron-man should be able to lift, carry and throw objects such as cars etc.
That's all I can think of now. The game looks amazing though and I can't wait for the full launch. I really hope future DLC will include diverse marvel characters such as some of the X-Men (Storm is my absolute number 1 favourite). Storm could do so much in this game, the potential is HUGE!

In DC Comics, there's Inter Gang. Like A.I.M. they're known for using advanced weapons to go up against superhuman threats. I wish that was the primary basis form using A.I.M. It looks like here they're mostly presented as an army of Ultron robots.

I have seen people worry that gameplay is going to get to repetitive and while it will be a shame if that is the case, I'm already invested in the story and can't wait for the single player campaign. heck. if I like it enough I might actually try some online multiplayer. and I NEVER do that.

I'm genuinely surprised AIM isn't much of a threat in the MCU. Heck, MODOK, one of the Avengers most recognizable villains didn't even show up yet

If a new Avengers movie were to be the main antagonist than a cameo. The main villain would have to be A.I.M, though I don’t see Modok being in films. Still.
Aim we’re the first villains I’ve seen when seeing Marvel for the first time.

I feel so bad for the writers, you can tell they had tons of effort for this, but it ended up crashing and burning. Just like A.I.M's mechs and tech no doubt.
