Bus Eireann 458. Blacklion to Belcoo. Crossing the Border.
Here the Bus is in two of the nine counties of Ulster. Starting in County Cavan the bus crosses into County Fermanagh, hence from the Republic of Ireland into the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The two countries are both in the Common Travel Area (CTA) and the Border thereof Open.

Thanks Frank. That whole area : Cavan / Fermanagh is just
beautiful. And pretty much undiscovered by tourists.
Great bus services in both North and Republic for getting around the whole island too!

Thank you for having a look. There is much to see and the buses have been improved over the years. There is scope to get around further using a Folding Bicycle as some places are not served by bus.

Why the Northern Ireland using of "Enniskillen" route sign and the Republic of Ireland (Southern Ireland) using of bilingual route sign with Irish and English (Inis Ceithleann -- ENNISKILLEN) ??? Thank you.
