Hello, thank you for you channel. I am french too, from Montreal Canada 😊 My left lower leg is extremly red and itchy and sometimes, like today, is leaking, my leg is swollen and not the right one. Dermatologist told me it was eczema. I have a lot of phlegm and i just don't digest at all. I also have prolapses. Everything indicate a spleen defiency. I went to acuponcturist many years ago but i stoped. I am sure it is my spleen and water retention. I have an appointment to the acuponcturist tomorrow as well as Saturday and next Thuesday. Can wait to handle that, it hurts. It's been a year now 😞

I suffer with gut issues, my stool contains mucus , or mucus can be thin and come out seperately. Any ideas for cause? Is this concerning?
