2 years was probably a full federal sentence for robbing a bank, he probably had to do 3-4 years which counted as like 7 years but got parolled after two years, SENTANCE SERVED.
That’s a lie when people say you don’t do much time for crimes in Canada. I went to high school with a guy that was part of a brinks truck robbery. He wasn’t even like the main guys and he got 8 years as a first time offender. These guys just have the money to hire high powered lawyers that get the job done but if you think you can go commit crime’s like these, hire Johnny down the street, or legal aid and get 2 years because you think the Canadian court system is a joke you’re fooling yourselves, or you’re listening too much to these people with a political agenda to push. You’ll get years in jail or prison. Guys like flippa get money out the streets where 40 grand a week is not hard for them to bring in. These guys can hire some of the best lawyers in their city to keep them from doing 10, 15 years.
