- Today we take a look at 29 year-old Chael Mills, also known as Heartless G, a rapper hailing form the Vaughan and Oakwood area of Toronto who's also a member of a Bloods set called M.O.B Klick. He was a promising rapper who unfortunately found himself caught in an incident that changed his life and career completely.

He's eligible for full parole in 2025 he committed his murder in 2010 and has faint-of-hope clause right. Read below.
The Faint Hope Clause was a law under the Criminal Code that allowed people convicted of murder to apply for early parole.
On December 2, 2011 the law was changed. Now, the Faint Hope Clause only applies where the murder was committed before December 2, 2011. Saying that someone is a type of way so they would do something, is different then actually proving he did it. Except for a previously influenced witness there was nothing against him that ties him to this crime and what raj Sam is saying is that the co accused didnt just go along with the alleged facts to get out and throw someone else under the bus
Everything in this case was circumstantial and left up to opinion. If you're an unknowing jury and see this guy and hear how he raps , then you're told he murdered someone in the neighborhood he lives in your going to believe it. Its not a fair trial for anyone in that position.

If the witness was so innocent and nobody fired at him, why didn't he stay for police and say what and who he saw then and there, instead of having a girl help him build a story against heartless.g
20 witnesses of all walks of life took the stand and said heartless.g wasn't the shooter. They jus wanted to halt this young promising life because of his colour and character.
