- This is the Girls Bill Beuttner Championship Race from the 45th Asics Clovis Cross Country Invitational, held on October 12th 2024 at Woodward Park in Fresno, CA. The Invitational is run on the 5K California state meet course. The surface is a mixture of soft and hard dirt, grass, asphalt and hills.

110124 Laurie Henes has to be smiling so hard her face hurts. Today, at the ACC champs, NC State's sophomores Grace Hartman and Hannah Gapes were first and third, and the true freshman Ellie Shea was third-in for State's fifth place finish in this rebuilding year after the passage of the Tuohy-Chmiel era. Next year, who knows what's going to happen?. With Grace, Hannah and Sadie at the top of the ticket and a whole Pack of Baby Wolfies coming along, State could be back in podium contention soon. I like it.
