He is making indian recipes with his own touch. so you dont call it copy. he is "inspired" by bayasi's concept and is making indian dishes. please fix your usage of vocabulary before commenting. @@peace3093 Well then that's what this is isn't it? He isn't copying the cooking. He's copying the concept which was made famous by Bayashi. The cooking asmr, the taste test at the end even the hand sign is the exact same. How is it inspiration if all that's changed is the food and not the concept or the content? Inspiration is when you look at one thing and make a totally different concept with the touch of the inspiration that got you there. It isn't supposed to look or seem the exact same and even serve the same purpose if goes with the first two. Even if you can see the similarities you'll see that they produce different effects and variations from each other or serve different purposes.
Copying is basically taking an already established concept and making a few minor tweaks to it which is what this is.
It's a remake with a few tweaks if anything. Call it inspiration if you want but we see it as it is.
Why you're so offended about it is a wonder since that's what all youtubers do nowadays. Copying concepts from others and put their own twists to it to make it theirs. That's basically the entirety or UA-cam and Instagram now. It's not rocket science neither is it something to get offended over.

I find it better putting the egg directly into the rice with all the other steps done. I make sure not to let it become small chunks and honestly for me it tastes better that way as it absorbs the flavour of the dish and gives it a better taste

Stir fry the veggies for some time and put the schezwan chutney in the oil with veggies for an even more tasty fried rice. Always use left over rice so it separates easily. Don’t mix both masalas. Each one has its unique taste and you can make two different tasting fried rices by using one at a time. Of course this was an ad which is why both were used at once I guess.
