These are the updates we have all been wanting for years......internal storage, pre-installed SD with automatic cell coverage search. I have been hard core browning cell camera user for the last three years and tried the Tactacam Reveal X Pro but could not get the interface to work properly and had to send it back. Customer service was extremely fast and receptive, so I'm excited to give this new camera a try.
Love the new camera the only thing I don’t understand is when I have my solar battery on it just says external. No battery percentage. But then it shows the internal battery percentage. How can I see what my solar battery is at?

In the current app version, the external icon does show that an external battery is connected, but it doesn't display the voltage level yet. We'll be sure to pass your feedback along to the app team for their consideration in future app enhancements.
Will the camera re-evaluate carrier connectivity over time? Say Verizon adds a new tower to my area, and AT&T is not longer the best choice. Will it automatically switch to Verizon?
@revealbytactacam My Pro 3.0 is due to be delivered tomorrow! This will make 6 for me. I LOVE Tactacam! Is there a place in the app that will tell me which service provider the camera has currently chosen as best in my location (which one it is using)?
Ya not sure how they claim no glow ir when I have 2.0 pro and deer are clearly spooked staring at camera when pic is taken. I bet they have eye way more advanced visual capabilities than we think
Bought a set. One camera works and the other worked for one day. Then on the second day the camera started taking one picture about every twelve hours. Can not fine a timer setting. any help?

Anyone else having issues with the 3.0 batteries going dead extremely fast? Luckily my 2.0 cameras still work and the batteries last a really long time in them and I only bought one of the 3.0 to try out. I'm sticking with the older ones for now.

I have the Reveal Pro 3.0 Pro and when I try to request on demand video, it loads and says processing video and then doesn’t show me anything when it gets done. Is there a fix?

Much! 4k photo and 1080p FHD video. With 4k photo, Color, tone, and clarity have a much larger effect on image quality (and those are the characteristics we focused on improving to make sure our customers got the best image possible)

I bought two of your cameras for Home Security, I did not know I had to pay $13 a month for each camera, I bought three blink cameras for $21 each and a Year's subscription for $106.00 I can add as many cameras as I want at no extra charge, can add outside cameras with security lights, no extra charge, I have cloud storage and can talk through my cameras and people can talk to me . I'm happy for all your improvements but you need to come off of that price .
You bought a cell camera that’s primarily for hunting! Most hunters don’t care about a monthly fee because we only pay month to month around our hunting seasons 5/6 months. The Blink or others is much more suitable and marketed towards your home security application.
With the built in 8GBs of storage, will that remove the need to have a SD card all together? When the 8gb internal card is full, can I remotely wipe the card so the camera will continue to send me pictures?
correct, you will not need to have an SD card if you don't want one. The internal card is on a inter loop, so It'll automatically delete/filter out old pictures as it fills
Is there a delay in between the time a still photo is taken and the start of video ? This is a problem on my reveal x pros that I do not like Is there a way to trade in my x pros for this camera?
All these emails I’ve been getting about how the 3.0 is going to be a game changer and it seems mildly improved from the 2.0. It better have improved battery life because my 3 2.0s burn through them like crazy.
I thought we were going to be getting updates for the pro cams we already have as well, but I don’t think there’s much of anything can be done to help them. A quicker trigger speed and better quality photos & videos would be a dream come true, but no such luck, huh…
@@sherry9284 Hi Sherry, the ones you already own will continue to have firmware updates, but won’t have all of the features that these new cameras do. New firmware for your current camera can help with photo quality.

Less things in the box to make it less work for users! Everything that comes in the box is now internal or already installed.

I love my 2.0 cameras but the 3.0 doesn’t even work. I put in a new battery and it’ll die in a few hours as well as it doesn’t send any photos

Blink camera is useless without wifi
Yeah that fee is crazy! And then you have to pay extra for an on demand picture. Its a money grab for sure. I enjoy my spypoints.
Also a piece of trash product, Tacticam is a much better all around product

I wonder if the antennas can be used on the 2.0 line? That version on there was easily broken off by a side load- this one looks better.
being that these are a different design and come off the top of the camera instead of the side, they cannot be used on the 2.0 line.
Can you erase the inernal storage remotely from the app when it gets full.

No more delay while the photos send so the response time is significantly improved. We don't currently have a trade in program for these

32gb in optional sd slot, 8gb of internal storage already on camera.
Are these cameras the same size as the others?
Pretty dang close, main size difference is the location of the antenna, which makes it unable to fit in the current security box.
