You're right! There are wonderful, beautiful people in this world! The "good" of Korea kept me there. Stay tuned! I'll be posting its "beauty"! Thank you for watching and for your comment! I truly appreciate you! Have a gloriously blessed weekend, wherever you may reside! God bless you! 🌞🌸🍃🦋🙏
Aww...thank you, sooo much! I designed the top with my photography/artwork. I have more that I will display. I wanted to sell my work on tops/clothing, but the company that produces various products with custom designs, changed their design on this particular shirt. Unfortunately, the new ones' design looks cheap. It is what it is. Maybe someday, when I'm rich, I'll be able to design exactly what I want, when I want! 😉👍 If you'd like to take a look at my site, you can view some of my work: www.lovelyviolette.com. Conservatism is probably a misconception, though probably not entirely wrong. Korea is a traditionally collectivist society, but that mainly applies to in-group, not out-group people.
I was taken aback, because all my life..."people" here in the States extend a helping hand to those in need, as I stated on the video. I suppose I took/take for granted what I have, so it served as an eye opener, for sure. Still, I am conservative in many respects, hence my curiosity of South Korea. There were definitely many, many firsts for me! Thank you for watching and for your comment! I truly appreciate you! Have a gloriously blessed weekend, wherever you may reside! God bless you! 🌞🌸🍃🦋🙏
@@JonDisnard You do have a point, because all my friends are loving/friendly towards me, but perhaps it's because we are now "family". Who knows? Would they react in a similar manner, in comparable settings with "strangers", as well? Truly...I've NO clue! I'll have to delve into it further and ask them the "pertinent" questions of the "unknown"! Thank you for watching and for your comment! I truly appreciate you! Have a gloriously blessed weekend, wherever you may reside! God bless you! 🌞🌸🍃🦋🙏
@@yas8504 You ask a good question. I've been single for 31 years, so I am alone 99% of the time, just doing my own thing and taking care of those things that need to "simply" be addressed, with or without "a man". I think I was simply taken aback by the "indifference", because I'd NEVER experienced it here in the States. As a woman, there are an infinite amount of things that I can do on my own, but I too know my limitations, and sometimes, we are "simply" in need of a helping hand. wow. You'd think the men would be chivalrous and traditional in a conservative society like South Korea.

Isn't a common conservative saying "pull yourself up by your boot straps" conservative ≠ chivalry
