The second smørrebrød (the fried fish fillet one) is a more famcy piece if smørrebrød. The first ones … (egg and tuna) are closer to the day to day smørrebrød that danes eat. Only when it’s all out dining, do we dress the smørrebrød like the expensive ones. 😉

All the food looks good or at least interesting. But after looking at the Barr menu I think it's way overpriced.
