Hi Bhaskar, I wish all explanations were as painstaking and clear as yours. You did exactly what I need and covered each and every part of the code you used, slow though it was. Most just cover what the presenter thinks is the "interesting" bit and misses out chunks they think you should know or don't need to know. Thank you.
Very well órganized an expláined. Thank you. The cóncept of "áttributes" seems like an altérnative to child tags. Robert could've been written as: 56 Robert So are these two dífferent strúctures a mátter of préference? Thank you.
So let me get this straight here, because this is a good instructor. Is it true that any data within are objects that can be labeled as anything, and anything that has a question mark like is code?
Thank yoi very... we had XML lectures today but its kinda sketchy to me... this explanation is better and it made sense to me now... please continue you have help so many.
I remotely service medical equipment based Window 7 computers at the commandline via Telnet. Many XML files are used. Without installing extra software we need to extract plain text from the XML files and sometimes edit this info selectively. So far Powershell and XML have been used. Can you recommend a book that will help query and manipulate existing XML files at the commandline ?
So only when you use attributes you can put space in the element, ex: Robert ? The space between father and age. And I think there should be no space between > and Robert and < or it doesn't matter?
+mireto777 You are right. there should be space while using attribute. There will be no error even if you put spaces on each side of Robert. However it's better to avoid spaces. Thanks.
After writing the XML doc in Notepad++ and opening the file with Firefox, it did not come out like yours did. It is just plain text on a page. What can I change here. Thanks
If you had written as shown, it should have come out in Firefox like mine. I think there may be something missing. I suggest that you check it once again. Best wishes.
xml data ko outsource karne ke liye use hota hai. xml data ko plain text format me store karta hai. yeh aap kar sakte hain - independent of any platform.. So moving data is much easier. Shukria.
This is an extremely good explanation with clarity. Thanks very much. Keep posting more videos
