Dear Mr. Adhi, Thank you so much for this session. It is very well said and it reminds me of my father used to say to read The Hindu Newspaper and to keep a dictionary at all times to understand the word meaning while reading. Its so true. Im thankful and grateful for my father who must be listening from somewhere. Another point is that my father used to tell me to THINK in English which i always carry and it made me easy to learn not only English but also Hindi to be very fluent. Even though our Second language is Hindi and our friends used to make fun of us, it actually started when i went to Mumbai and the culture of the language also influences to think in that language to understand the authenticity of the language spoken and read. Sorry for sending a lengthy message but still thought of sharing my view points and how i used to even approach people and tell them that English is not a Rocket science to learn and it is always achievable and it is all in one's mind that hold's them back to speak without any hesitation. Thank you.

Great content and thanks for sharing, could feel a professional experienced sequencing of building a system. I receive a lot of questions from others on this stage freight/sabha kambam from Malayalee groups from gulf countries.
It could range from talking on stage to talking in groups with diverse age groups.
One of the thing you mentioned in your video I am puzzled, is to start small (KISS) with confidence and overcome the stage freight. I feel, preparing well on the content and focusing on the importance to share that to your audience for their benefits, takes away the focus on you and fully on the content and towards the audience is an organic technique.
Put your 120 % on preparation. More you sweat on practice, less you’ll bleed on battlefield.
