I highly recommend that everyone build him (especially if you don't have IL Dan Heng). His damage is nuts and his teams are flexible--it won't be hard to fulfill his debuff requirements for the bonus crit rate and crit damage.

you really want tingyun so you will need a debuffer that applies atleast 2 or even 3 dots
if you cant ig you can run guinaifen pela but no tingyun

tingyun and sustain can buff whats already there
so yes, its extremely flexible, especially considering the crit buffs stay up the entire fight

I think welt would 100% be good with him, since Welt can basically smash like 5 debuffs on enemies
As a lvl 80 welt main, I can confirm you are 100% right, but dued to Trailblazer Power problems mine’s stuck at level 60 😢

Ting, HuoHuo, Welt, and Ratio is a very solid team, as long as RSAPOS gives Ensnared (Def down) along with Slow, Vulnerability, Imprison, and easily being able to keep up imprison, which allows Ratio to take advantage of 4pc. Imaginary consistently. You don’t lose a buffing spot, you just swap out where silver wolf would’ve went.
Please note, the "Summation" trace stacks stack so easily and last for the whole fight, so you don't really need an enemy with 6 debuffs right off the bat
For example, you can attack an enemy with 3 debuffs twice and get all of the stacks for the rest of the fright

You can replace Silverwolf with Welt for example, give him cone with Luka on the picture and he will give debuffs with almost his every single attack (cone debuff on Basic, slow on E, slow and imprisoned on Q)
I agree although i would still say SW is overall the top choice with Dr. Ratio since you want the defense shred and the additional 3 debuffs she gives per skill which is very strong in conjunction with Dr. Ratio’s passive.
Welt is a good pick if you want imaginary debuffs, slow, and imprisonment.
@@fireblitz3438i run him with welt and put him in the 4 piece imaginary as welt can imprison and break enemies really fast. Ofc with bosses with imprison res it becomes hard but I think the extra crit from the 4 piece set is really good?!

@@fireblitz3438 welts ult gives the enemies slow, delayed action and vunrability so he’s also a defence shred and a turn delayer, his skill also slows the enemy more, he gives constant imprisonment and his lack of debuff capabilities compared to Silver Wolf is compensated by his massive AOE damage capabilities (mine does 40-60k damage with 0 buffs)
That's exactly how I use my welt lol. I feel like luka's lightcone works even better than his own lol.
7:12 ruan mei's weakness break extender is counted as a debuff, and allows ppl to apply break debuffs faster with the break efficiency
but i got lucky with my ratio rolls, standing at a 54/185 dr. crit ratio (54/155 without the lc)

You should run with with topaz, ruan mei and either welt or luocha.
Welt enables the 4piece imaginary set to work and also acts as a 'healer' by not allowing the enemies to hit you. He also provides an extra Debuff with imprisonment. You can run luocha if welt can't keep almost 100% uptime on his imprisonment.
Also by running both topaz and Ruan Mei his damage skyrockets
I'm running him with topaz for follow up dmg, silver wolf for the debuffs and loucha for heals
I don’t have topaz so I use Dr. Ratio, Welt, Silver Wolf and Pela (I’m a lvl 80 welt main with perfect artifacts so ditching him ain’t an option, especially since he does 40-50k damage with his skill)
Ya I use this combo with a healer and both topaz and dr. Ratio are melting everything in like 1 or 2 turn cycles
Welt is a terrible partner for ratio, since he is so skill point heavy to the team. Ratio and welt will be competing with each other for skill points.
@@shonenhikada9254 that problem can easily be solved by have skill points positive units like Pela, Fu Xuan, Luocha, Ruan Mei. Besides Welt provides a crap tonn of value as;
His ult has a fast recharge with the ability to apply 3 debuffs (imprisonment, slow, and vulnerability with the additional effect of giving your team a free turn.
Although Dr. Ratio can apply imprisonment aswell, his imprisonment application isn’t that consistent which is very much needed constantly if you are running 4p banditary set as for welts can apply it the entire field without needing to break the opponent’s shield allowing you to break with someone like Silver Wolf while still maintaining the imprisonment debuff.
Moreover Welts could potentially deal as much damage as ratio as he does AOE with an additional imaginary damage equal to 60% of his attack to slowed enemies, he does 20% extra damage to weakness broken enemies, his ult increased the damage enemies take by 12% and at e1, his skill damage increases by 80% for 2 turns after using his ult.
Lastly his dimension guarantees imprisonment, action delay by 20% and speed reduction by 10% so it’s basically an upgraded version of Ratio’s dimension
Just a tip. Dot damage is also considered a debuff so nihility characters like kafka or guinaifen could also work with him.
Ruan mei is a good teammate for him(she has one debuff too), also E4 is insane as he gets his ult every 2 turns
Would recommend replacing silver wolf with ruan mei. Her ultimate mark does count as a debuff (it shows up on the enemy stat page) and topaz and numby give 2 debuffs, ratio also has his eff res down debuff too. So its very easy to sustain 3 debuffs on an enemy.
With e4 pela you can easily get three debuffs and with his skill a fourth so for an almost free to play team I would recommend Dr.R Bronya Pela Luaocha or some healer defender
He is pretty much the pinnacle of single target as of 1.6, however the game really hates single target units (Mah boi Yan qing is sitting in the bench ever since 1.1)
Tbf yanqing's problem comes directly from his kit and not necessarily being a single target unit,making it so that when you're hit you lose your buff,in a game where 99% of the enemies have atleast 1 aoe attack in their arsenal is a terrible idea
Im pretty sure dr ratio has a similar situation with seele. Wherein if you cant kill the enemy in one rotation, you kinda waste your ult follow up attacks if you need to do it again. Then again you could just use welt or dps pela, but now thats alot more investment but still doable. At the very least dr ratio aunt requiring to last hit stuff
@@randomperson093Also the severe lack of shielders who Yanqing prefers over healers, you’re basically forced to use either March or Gepard. I know that Fire MC has shields and taunt, but in an AoE scenario the taunt doesn’t matter and Fire MC’s shield won’t be enough to block all the damage.
@@randomperson093 There is also the problem that their multipliers are just on par with those with blast attack thus you are dealing 1/2 to 1/3 of the damage of destruction units. The fact that you also just prioritize hitting the boss unit doesnt help with avoiding chip damage from small mobs.
@@sefjo5223 Yup, this is basically the problem with hunt path. Single target damage is pretty bad against 2 to 5 enemies. This is also why silverwolf is not used as much too, despite being the best debuffer for single target.
There also 4* preservation lc that give fire debuff while tank dmg. (One with topaz image)
I just got run Mei after grinding for 7hours for Stellarjades and now I got Dr. Ratio and my acc is stacked, even though I have the worst light cones
I just threw on a bunch of random artifacts and he still hits insanely hard during his follow up. Especially with welt and his burst. I enjoy it so much I might just save for topaz
4p Follow doesn't take a long time, *it doesn't work at all*
4p Grand duke works only on the current follow up attack, meaning if it's not multi hit like Topaz Himeko or Herta you will be unable to trigger the 4p effect in any meaningfull way at all because it's not stackable

Loucha,E4Pela with the Ensnared LC,Ruan Mei and Dr Ratio: runs smooth and skill point positive. So fun
Crit rate crit damage stacks from his trace are like stacks of Argenti, so more debuffs will just allow you to stack it faster, but you will get max stacks anyway.
In pure single target (1 enemy). I'm pretty sure he has the highest DPS out of all the characters out right now.
Naah, danheng IL still smashes
My dr. Ratio has better stats, but the highest he hits is 800k. Whereas danheng IL casually hits 1.6M

@@rajabuta aka spam two elites, aka hunt needs a thershold to reach to not be a slouch in comparison to erudiotion/destruction. Now Im not saying he is weak. The ideal scenario for him is just well not here. As much single target damage your characters may have, distributing damage to adjacent or other enemies effectively is efficient usage of their damage. At the end of the day, when your account is given endgame to the max, most things are trivial

Guinaifen is quite good in the place of silver wolf. She has some good personal damage, can easily apply 3 debuffs at E1, and can amplify Dr. Ratio's damage.
In my opinion the best thing you can do is putting Dr. Ratio together with Ruan Mei because her Ult counts as a debuff aswell. Another good combination is Welt because he can apply a good amount of Debuffs by himself, even though Welt is pretty hard to built he still is a really good choice.
you can replace Silver wolf with Guin with E1 and Resolution shines she would apply 3 debuffs, 4 if they already have burn on them. plus she's blast/aoe
I use Dr.R & Pela & Clara & Luocha for the first half and it takes me 5 cycles. I did 3 stars because of him.

Ratio needs 3 debuffs so His best teamates are, ruan mei ult counts as a debuff, sw has like 5 to 6 idk a shit ton of debuff, guin e1 with resolution shine is 4 debuff(fire dot, fire kiss , def shred , e1 effect res) pela e4 resolution also has 3 debuffs, welt is cope but of u can run welt as a solo sutain with ruan mei its better ( ratio technique doesn't stack with welt)
Pela could replace Silver Wolf, Dr Ratio's passive trace stacks and doesn't reduce, so it might take another turn or so to get maxed but it's still totally viable. Fu Xuan probably is the best in slot simply for her crit rate boost (and hunt characters can be squishy, healers can't fix a one shot)

He’s really strong, mine is at lv 70 trace 6 6 6, very bad relics and his fua is hitting 44k, not sure if it crit or not since my cr is only 47%. He is using Yanqing’s LC for now since I don’t have the Herta store one, planning to get that once I have enough currency which will boost his dog further. For those of you not getting his LC, the Herta store one s5 is good enough, I think it’s close to 90% of his LC’s power.
I cleared moc in this patch with Welt in the first half. Just 3 or 4 hours attempts for perfect random hits from Welt. But now i can one try moc 12 with him and Racio. Huge win for my account .
Been playing with him all day, but I realize DHIL does everything he does but better, so it sucks if you already have a well built DHIL!
it is also better to have an atk% rope if you run him with ruan mei since she already gives a lot of elemental dmg around 200break eff
I pretty much tested him with Bronya, Welt and Guinaifen or Pela, for him to be at lvl 60 he was doing 80k on his follow-up and the mix of Welt's attacks for the 4 piece immaginary I say it's decent enough
My thoughts: I think Dr Ratio will be amazing during simulated universe since you can apply harmony characters instead of nihility since Elation path can put Sensory Pursuit on the enemies which also counts as debuffs. However i think he will do best damage during boss rounds since you wont have 100% Elation path charged all the time during regular combat domains
I personally am using, loucha hanya ratio and kafka, kafka has her follow up with shock and then hanya has good buffs and debuffs and then loucha is just good for healing and extra skills points
Hanya e doesn't count as a debuff it's a mark, u only hav 1 debuff maybe 2 if ur kafka is running resolution shine. Dr ratio needs atleast 3 debuffs other than his own ones
@sleep_something_something I found this out, I'm also using kafka on Luka LC so it's one more, hanya is just a good ult support for my Sim Uni hunt path cause she boost him above kafka for the 100 action advance
Actually, onw of his best team is Luocha, Ratio, Topaz and Ruan mei since topaz can debuff too. welt can be a good substitute to topaz for a mono imaginary team.

His best set overall is 4 piece Wastelander with 2nd best being 2 pc combo of Duke and Wastelander with Salsotto as best planar
About Ratio eidolons:
His highest DPS increase is actually his E4. 15 energy doesn't sound like a lot, but then you understand that he gets 15 energy EVERY follow up attack. Which allows him to charge his ultimate extremely fast, which means more follow up attacks, which means more ultimates
I would replace silver wolf for guinaifen with the ensnare light cone especially if she's at e1 cos she'll apply 3 debuffs to 3 enemies with her skill
I think a double dps topaz numby + ruan mei team would be pretty crazy
for me it's ratio, luocha, welt and topaz. neverending imprisonments, debuffs and follow up attacks hehe
but my dream team would be jingyuan, blade, ratio and aventurine for eye pleasing reasons lmao 75% done😂

I don't have Topaz unfortunately so for now I have him with Sw, Ruan Mei, and HuoHuo for obvious reasons. Ofc I don't have him built at the moment but I'm working on it, thing is I also finally got Kafka so gotta build her too. Not only that but I also gotta focus on a lot of other people.... I am very behind on characters mainly because I start building and then I just stop halfway or lose track or I don't have all the money in the world to do a lot of power refreshes unfortunately. Also relic farming and talent material farming sucks.
I missed out on topaz and skipped huo huo. Gonna get topaz and luocha when they come the I just need one more AOE DPS and I'm done lol. Probably black swan.
I wish I had gotten ruan mei to go with him but i have at least a E4 welt

e4 is broken if you ask me coz he can follow up a lot at min he can do 3x so that's an additional 45 energy gained
Ruan Mein is actually one of the best Buffers for him cuz her Ult actually deals a debuff to enemies
I like how people trying to find faults in this showcase and saying that moga is using a lot of limited 5 stars, I haven’t spent a penny and I have 6 limited characters (not counting e1 jing yuan) and 7 limited LC. It’s so shocking to me how people trying to belittle the character rather than being happy they got a free very strong character
His lightcone offers a decent increase in damage from his f2p options btw, like 10-20. Not as drastic as Blade but close, there certainly is a gap.
Stellar sea’s passive is hard to activate when shredding elites, so i pulled for his lc and its so much better
Should I use seele or ratio as a main dps?? My best supports are ruan mei fu xuan and bronya and seele is my only other dps
You need 2 main dps for MoC for element coverage. But personally, I think Dr Ratio is more fun to play and has more advantage in single boss scenario since Seele needs to defeat an enemy to proc her resurgence state

For clarification, Dr. Ratio has his own debuffs which stack up when you attack an enemy. The reason people say to bring a unit to debuff enemy is so you can guarentee Follow up on his first skill rather than it being a 40% chance at start.
His crit rate and crit dmg self buff is parmanent so once you get 6 stack its done and you only need to use skill at most of 2 times for that to happen when enemy already have at least 3 debuffs which is real easy.
Almost everything you can see on enemy's hp bar are debuffs(except hanya's burden which is not technically a debuff but a buff foe allies.)

U def want to level up his talent first then skill then ult cuz that's where most of his dmg comes from
His damage is really good. He don't have much problem in memory of chaos since he needs to kill only 2 enemies in each battle. With good relics he can absolutely demolish bosses. I got 110 k follow ups with decent gear, but we can expect good set for him in the future.

@@Vishal-gy4iy who knows. Black swan is nihility so maybe a set that makes u benefit from debuffs? Follow up set and imaginary set work on him but are very conditional. Next patch is 2.0 and new maps (i think so since we got trailers already) and with them new domains should be available.

as always, the dopamine hit of a new 5 star is quickly offset by the dopamine loss from trying to get good relics
im not building him till 2.0. Ruan Mei gave me burnout from trying to hit 180% break effect, i literally do not want to see another cavern of corrosion for the time being.

Topaz is honestly usually better, as her debuff is more consistent, it's not quite as significant if you're using Silver Wolf, but when you're not using SW, having her proof of debt constantly on the enemy is generally better than the uptime Ruan Mei's Ult debuff has, which also has a good uptime, but I definitely noticed it going away a few times more often than I liked (and by using Memory of the Past I tend to 3 turn Ult as opposed to a Ruan Mei with Signature, who's generally gonna ult every 4 turns)
Not only that, but your Ruan Mei is also E1, let's not forget that, so having her team variant perform only slightly better is a big proof of how good Topaz is in his teams, even against enemies with no Fire Weakness. I tested with my E0 Topaz (on Swordplay) vs my E1 Ruan Mei and they cleared in about the same amount of cycles (Topaz + Ruan Mei was slowest, Ruan Mei + SW and Topaz + SW were around the same, which is incredible since Ruan Mei is E1)
I do admit that Ruan Mei is generally more comfortable against enemies Ratio can break and Topaz can't, because enemies act less and our team acts more thanks to her constant spd buff, so she's also a pseudo sustain that can help weaker sustain units to keep your team alive
I think it's better to replace topaz with silverwolf bc topaz can already do 2 debuffs bc of ur lightcone and dr ratio 1 debuff

Well they're good with him but not needed. You can use SW, Pela, Welt or Guinaifen for debufs and any harmony (Tingyun or Bronya will be best I guess) for bufs and he's good to go.
Don't over invest in relics. He's getting a set in 2.0(12%dmg and 40CV).

@@MrMykeelTailor made for Acheron and SW DPS (also Welt). Ratio can't actually reliably get the 40 CV, only 20CV. The additional 20CV is obtained when the wearer inflicts debuff and only lasts 1 turn so unless Ratio have 67% EHR, it's not possible to have 100% uptime
@@veltlion8924 u dont need that much EHR on a 100% base chance ability lmao, so the chances of getting 40CV through the set are still always high. The same would apply to DPS Welt too since he just forgoes having an EHR Body and the EHR ornament set
@@Kyong008 The difference with Welt is that his skill hits 3 times and his ult has 2 different debuffs so it's way better than Ratio that has 1 debuff application chance for each turn since his ult isn't considered a debuff. Am I overthinking things? Probably, but seems like everyone hyped the set thinking it was always a permanent 40CV when in reality it isn't so yeah I'm just kinda pointing out the caveat
My ratio with lv9 talent and 170cdm highest damage is only 50k.. thats like quarter of my danheng il damage with BA lv6 and 120% cdm.
I hate that he sorely need his sign LC to compete with my danheng.
And I am tired to farm a perfect relic, its impossible at this point
Only good eidolons are e4 and e6
E4: because he does follow up attacks super super super often and this guarantees a 2 turn ult leading for more follow ups and more energy
E6: near 100% follow up uptime

i`m using ruan mei with topaz and dr ratio , enemies dont even act , they just get trashed by follow ups.
You can just hit an enemy with 3 debuffs twice to get the full amount of stacks. They also last for the entire battle, so no worries about re-applying them

I prefarmed him and holy am I glad I did. I got his bis LC too because he's amazing
my team rn is luocha / topaz / pela (I don't have SW or Welt) and it works great. I used him in simulated universe and its crazy

His E1 is incredibly strong since it gives you 10% CR and 20% CDMG at the start of Battle. Max stacks make him have 25% CR and 50% CDMG
For Fua character, Ratio so universal.
He slap harder in FUA hypercarry, dual, even in DOT team.
In DOT team he basically gurantee 100% to FUA, is not very good team but good synergy and fun to play.
Biggest misconception with dr. Ratio is seeing smaller numbers with him and thinking he's bad. An f2p ration would get around 35k skill 55k ultimate and 70k follow up. Just apply 3 debuffs which a lot of units can easily do and his FuA are 100%.
His best support is ruan mei and silverwolf because his weakness breaking capability is the highest in the entire game he benifits a lot from Ruan mei skill.
You can run a double dps with welt and ruan mei.
F2p team would be tingyuan, pela with luka's lightcone and a sustain(huo huo being the best).
He have the most consistent FuA dmg and its only going to get better because of new relic set in penacony.
New set in penacony is actually not that great based on some calcs I’ve seen on the ratio subreddit but idk lol

Only 5 artifacts and one slot can by default be an off-piece. Instead of 6 relics with no off-piece slots.
Genshin has 10 substats, Star rail has 12 substats

Ratio is definetly best played with Topaz, Numby gets CR for every Follow-Up made so Ratio just synergizes well with that, and also when his burst is in play, Topaz and Ratio might just ping pong like you saw in the video, I personally use both with Ruan Mei and Huo Huo, and altought mine isn't fully raised, he did seem to deal a substancial amount of dmg.
Very overshadow by my Topaz dealing 100k but, still, it was non-negligible.
Ruan Mei fits well with both since she's an AoE buffer and Huo Huo is there because of the cleanse, atk buff and Energy Regen... and my only other option is Bailu.
Silverwolf is an interesting idea and altought I don't have her I can see why you'd think she'd be good. However, too much of something can hurt, and if you focus too much on debuffing, you'll lose damage from possible dps characters that could be there to take advantage of the surmount of alredy existing debuffs.
Maxing the basic was painful
i thought they would nerf him to the ground when they made him free but he’s seems to be op 😂
They only nerf characters during the betas
He isn't OP, he's a good character. It's not like he's deleting without trying. He earns his damage, which is great, and BALANCED.
@@jevan1247 they're getting better with balanced units after heavily powercreeping with DanIL and Jingliu, it's nice to see characters like Topaz, Argenti and Ratio who are good but not broken and have the potential to become stronger with time
