Great build video, thanks! Col Robert Scott who wrote God Is My Copilot flew the P-40C while he was based in my home state of Assam, India, flying transports over The Hump. The plane was on loan from Gen Chennault's Flying Tigers in China. He changed the number "10" on his fuselage to number "7" after he radioed "One Zero coming in from the North" while landing at a Flying Tigers field in China and attracted friendly fire that almost shot him down. Later, he flew a P-40D in US Army Air Corps colours and led the Flying Tigers squadron after Gen Chennault. One of the most crucial aircraft of WW2 that was disliked by the Allies but one that the Russians liked.
@@ArdeconHobby Hi, I started my three P-40C simultaneous build this month. One of the guns on the Hobbycraft version is missing (I'd bought it used), so I'm having to recast the part from one of the others. Maybe by the end of this month I'll have the first video uploaded.
it's straight from the box available, and I'm not so familiar with the numbering but it's the first jet bomber during WWII from German AF. the colors are dark green H-36 of aqueous and flat green fx-5 of Tamiya
@@ArdeconHobby your very welcome! Please put your next build on! Im working on an old restoration Aurora bird from the 50s.b47 doing nicely! Great 2 talk 2 ya!

Friend, can you tell me what ink you used below? mark, midelo or numbering?

FYI....thats a p40B not a C. The B had nose guns and 4 wing mounted machine guns.
thanks for the info my friend, the build was only based on what the manual was instructed.
