When I'm back in Malaysia I HAVE to try this. Damn, his heart for spreading healthy food and true hakka lei cha is just... Amazing. Such a cute, genuine honest and amazing man trying to preserve hakka authenticity even in this day and age with easy technology and (sadly) cheap labour... Really speaks of the traditional roots and belief of the older generation, love his energy and dedication 💪🏽 stay strong and healthy uncle!
Uncle you love ppl and GOD BLESS YOU..he has love for customers n passion so he does all the chores himself..he looks healthy cos he has a good heart..
Wow Mr Cheong, I would come and grind the ingredients for u!! Such dedicated spirit you have. I love luicha fan and am a hakka-in myself. I crave it everyday!!! I absolutely love the dish and how healthy it is. Unfortunately I live in Australia and there's no way I could find it here!! So I've decided to search up the recipe for it and stumbled on this video.
@@magholiu I live in Perth! Haha enjoy the process! I did attempt a couple times back then with my mom and sis. It's definitely something to do with family or friends. I felt like I was rediscovering my own cultural background.
