I started collecting different books on both vitamins and herb's to read up on to see what each of them was good for helping and protecting your body from different diseases. I've been taking a one a day vitamin plus herb tablets nearly all my life and they have really helped me alot. Vitamins and herb's don't have nearly as many side affects as what a doctor prescribes. Back in the older days herb's was just about all they had but they lived longer lives! God bless 🙏
MCTs consists of 90% saturated fat. Coconut oil and Palm oil are industrial oils, they put it into all processed food items in hydrogenated form such as margarine. During cooking process they can turn into artery clogging trans fats.
Vitamin D is probably the most hardest to get in our food. People need to be out more in the sun as much as possible, it’s also a great mood booster to stimulate serotonin!
Some of us can’t be out in the sun. There are many reasons. Supplementing with a good D3 is probably a good bet for most people. Not off the shelf. Most, if not all supplements you get are synthetic, contain little of the vitamin, artificial colors and preservatives. The amount you get in a multi is not enough.
I'm just taking vitamin tablet,, it says on the label multivitamin dietary supplement,,, complete from A to Zinc with lutein,,, Centrum silver is my vitamin I feel perfect to my health,,, many thanks to your advice it helps a lot to all viewers...
Get rid of that poison and take Andrew Lessman’s multi-vitamin instead. Not one filler in it and more natural that that poison. He’s on the HSN Channel every other month, and you can buy it at a steep discount…

You should always bundle D3 with K2 (MK7) or you will not get a good result. The latest study recommend 5000-10000 IU D3 with 100-200 micrograms of K2. DO NOT take this amount of D3 WITHOUT the K2!!!!!!
I just bought d3 and k2 with 5000iu on d3 and i have covid and im supporting my bones and d numbers and i have been taking d3 wrong and just only d3 alone. Now i got myself k2 with d3 it should help me with immune and bones and heart health👍

Cod live Oil is great source of Omega 3, Vitamin A and D. Needs to be high quality Oil like Nordic naturals.
Omega 3 isn’t any good. Think of it as a pufa ( polyunsaturated fat ) nothing more. Mere vegetable oil.

U can get it frim dairy products like eggs, milk, cheese and butter but sunlight is the most effective because it is easily absorbed by our bones.
We can take supplements as well of vitamin D which is also really necessary nd its very easily available also.
