Hi Laura! I discovered your channel watching you react to the soft & quiet film. Even though I'm not subscribed, I always follow your reactions to horror films (as it's my favorite genre). And, since I know that you especially like films that torture the psychological (like soft & quiet or the Poughkeepsie tapes), I'll leave you with a recommendation. But you have to promise that you won't read a synopsis or watch any trailer. I promise you that this film will make you anxious for more than an hour straight (and, unlike Soft & Quiet, where at one point the film went silent so you could recover), this one won't even give you a break, and you'll end up exhausted when it's done. The film is called The Coffee Table (it's a Spanish film, so perhaps it's easier to find it under the name "La mesita del comedor". A big hug from Brazil! And cheers for the good work here!
Omg so I watched the movie The Coffee Table because of your comment and it was so good! Omg more people need to see it. I went in blind and I was shocked i was so uncomfortable lol. Good recommendation!
I actually had a gruesome dream about this last night and I only watched this movie second-hand here. The weirdest part was that as I was getting gored I realised that my brain didn't know where to take it next so it had to be a dream and I might as well just wake up, bit of an anticlimax, but a welcome one.
