Elvis amazed the world, twisting hips, slicked hair, a seductive voice and a swagger. Before there was Elvis there was Jackie Wilson. Mr. Excitement, he had moves so smooth you swore he was gliding on butter and a voice of velvet. He and Elvis were friends and you can see how one man influenced the other

The choreographer matched the dance moves directly to Elvis' natural moves... Presley takes the entire dance into his own... the first great rock 'n roll movie... Presley is gorgeous with attitude! Snap!

What I think about Elvis...hmmmm. I think Elvis is the most preternaturally beautiful human who ever lived. The looks, the moves, the voice, the golden heart filled with gratitude and generosity. He lived to entertain. Only wish he could have lived longer.

Elvis had his issues and when he rose to the top he was the first to have ever reached
the heights he did. It was too much for one man and he paid the ultimate price.
What every person who ever knew him agreed upon was that he was the most generous
warm hearted person they ever knew. Despite what he became he never forgot who he
really was or where he came from.
"I admire no man, but Elvis Presley was the sweetest person I ever knew "...Muhammad Ali.

I'm 61 years old and Elvis is the only person I remember were and what I was doing when they announced it on the radio. I was 18 years old just graduated from high school 3 months earlier. Everything I've heard people that actually new him nobody has ever said a bad thing about him. Also there this a channel called The Memphis Mafia Kid they are actually Elvis's cousins and lived with him til his death. They have story after stories of things they did with Elvis. This is family. Check it out. I love listening to there stories.

Hello, I'm so happy for you guys that you've discovered Elvis Presley. He puts them all to shame.. I was 13 when he died I remember my mother hearing it on the news & she was devastated & she cried for months. Elvis was born January 8, 1935 & my mom was born in 1936. I'm 55 now & I'm so blessed to still have my Mom. She's 83 yrs old. She still cries sometimes today over Elvis & I'll catch her sometimes playing his music all day long. That's the effect Elvis had on her then & now. So, I grew up with Elvis music turned up loud. I loved it then but I love his more today.
I love your reactions & you could never go wrong with Elvis.
    My request is Elvis singing:
    "JUST PRETEND'. 1970
Thank you and have a blessed day.... 80slady..💕💕

Did you ever wonder where Michael Jackson got the moonwalk. You could see the moonwalk in that song. You will also see it in his second movie called LOVING YOU, in a song CALLED MEAN WOMAN BLUES. I'm glad you're going to do his last song that he ever did in concert which is called, How Great Thou Art. It's sad in some ways but in other ways it kind of makes you feel he kind of knew he was going home to be with the Lord. You never heard anyone sing that song like that before. I always tell folks not to start listening to Elvis, because he's an addiction that is very hard to quit. So versatile so talented. Oh, by the way he choreographed that whole scene from Jailhouse Rock. Love you guys, God bless you.

Help your brother along the way...for the God that made you made him too! It's a poem he's reading, then a song! He accepted an awards and said the poem! Elvis was a humanitarian, he gave to many charities! He was blessed, and blessed so many with his talents. Still.... Gospel is my favorite! ♥️ELVIS!!!♥️

Your reaction is fantastic and everything you both said about Elvis is right. He was not only king of rock but also king of pop. He remains the most popular artist in music history. You are getting excited watching Elvis and for good reason. He is the most exciting performer. Jailhouse Rock is one of his biggest hits. This is early in his career. This is old school rock and roll. Yes, he has a lot of energy. I would like to suggest a reaction video on a song Elvis recorded five years later in 1962 for the movie Girls Girls Girls. The song scene is ' I Don't Want To Be Tied '. This is Elvis being slick and cool. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I agree with some other comments tho that if you want to know more about Elvis’s personality as well as the music there are great interviews to watch and also some ‘blooper reels’ that show a lot of humour and wit.

Elvis was only 22 years old here in this movie by the same name "Jailhouse Rock" (1957). At such a young age, his voice, charisma, and natural talent were phenomenal. He had already made two other films before this one -- "Love Me Tender" (1956) and "Loving You" (1957), both of which contain their own title songs like this one. Y'all should check out those songs (film versions) as well. He did one more film after this one in 1958 called "King Creole," just before joining the Army for a 2-year stint (1958-60). You should also check out the title song "King Creole" and the song "Crawfish" both from that film. Elvis said that of all the films he ever did, "King Creole" was his favorite. I think it was because of two reasons -- (1) his Mom, Gladys, who died that same year, had a small cameo in it and (2) because it was more of a dramatic film, and his desire was to always be a dramatic actor more than lighthearted musicals & comedies.
