@@pukewhenimsadbecause 2.0 is as far as the line has gone for anything other than the RX. Bandai is also apparently fully scaling back the MG line, to the point we might only get one a year, if that. It’s awful, but from what info I found, it’s because MG kits don’t sell as well as HG and RG kits
If you want, you can go for the Perfect Grade Char’s Zaku 2. It’s an affordable PG because it’s quite old. The armor has some unfortunate seam lines, but the inner frame is pretty freaking incredible with all sorts of pistons and springs to make it come to life. It’s also based off the 08th MS Team lineart. Depending on the size difference between the 1/72 and 1/60, you might be able to give him the anti-ship rifle.
That one's been on my radar for a while, but I'm KINDA hoping we maybe get a PG Unleashed Zaku someday, but I dunno if we ever will. Bandai's been really slow with PG releases lately. Hell they're slow with everything now that isn't P-Bandai or current media.
i'm just guessing this is one of the results from the leaked bandai cad files. also, it would have been great to know about the mold quality / sharpness of details.
@@Jcc2224 , it does look decent from the video but i wasn't fully sure if it's just the scale that makes it look sharp. and btw, you probably remembered the zaku I origin kit, which has a different and better leg assembly ( with no seamlines ) as opposed to the zaku II.
I bought 3 of these kits and all of them come with a QR code. If you scan the code it gives you all the instructions to build the model kits. I’m currently painting my 3 as the Tri-Stars.
Now we just need it in 1:36 scale so we can finally have transformer scale gunpla Also yes, gundams are that big compared to transformers. Just because this gpober towers over your transformers doesnt mean hes in scale at all. Gundams are i believe 100 feet tall and optimus prime varies anywhere between 20 and 30 feet tall depending on the continuity. So yes, a transformer scale gundam would be about 4 optimus primes tall.
@@j-frame but I have deduced that chug scale is 1:36, and thats about double 1:72, so a transformer scale gundam would be (and this is the technical term here) phoccyng enormous. And that being said, 60 ish feet is still well over two optimus primes tall
@@jeremiahsacks2868...You probably meant 1/35* as MP-10 and MP-44 are 1/35 scale. Well, 1:36 is almost the same so we can say it doesn't really matter.
@@TAURON85 I was actually going off a toy car that said it was 1:36 scale, and how well it works when put next to the rotb studio series stuff in vehicle mode. If we assume mass shifting isnt a thing, which is a big leap in judgement but makes things easier, than the robot modes will be the same scale.
@@jeremiahsacks2868 Oh ok, cause you're pairing them up with CHUG/mainline stuff. Sorry I was being selfish since I (mainly)collect MPs and figured that the 1:35 scale Jumbo grade RX-78-2 Gundam would look perfect along the MP line. The thing is, some of the studio series cars are around 1:35-is scale, not the trucks tho, SIEGE/Earthrise Optimus for example is much smaller. Not sure how much though.
I wish they'd do a 1/100 scale one since Bandai hasn't put out an Origin Zaku MG.
Dude for real. So many RX-78 2’s and we’re still on a 2.0 for the Zaku 😂

Epic more Gundam content and that thing is sick

They did what Bandai couldn’t, big high grade rip re:100
The perfect panel line for zaku 1/72 is artline 90 black so so satisfying and easy to dry
I don't like panel lining my kits but thank you! lol
@Jcc2224 so satisfying to look kits with panel line

You can see the mold quality and detail sharpness pretty clear in the vid, it's pretty solid! No real mold flashing or excess plastic either.

Excellent job. Very fartworthy large ⭕ zaku😂❤
We needed more oversized gunpla
always great to see gundam content
I would have been so down to buy this if it actually scaled with other mobile suits I had..
ngl they gotta do the same for other kits without master grades, a 1/100 zudah would go hard as fuck
I had no idea that OS gunpla was a thing.
Comically large Zaku
great zaku!! good video~!

May i ask something? Which one you prefer? The daban model or gto for the mega size zaku
I should get one of these, what to do type to find one or something specific like this. Do I just type Gundam or giant Gundam.
1/72 Zaku. And it's a model kit so you'll have to cut out the pieces with a nipper and build it.
Where can i get this?
Zaku II PRO MAX
