Note: The server latency issue was tested on about a dozen servers...not only the 2 results shown above. The above results were screenshotted after confirming my suspicions.

Never knew server connection affected performance, glad I got my geofence setup for MW3.
Which is ass

No difference between 22h2 w10 and 22h3 w11. Revios is dogshit. W11 you loose frames unless you remove defender (revios does).
I have dual boots 22h2 w10 and 22h3 w11. I get the same results back to back (with defender removed on w11). Exactly your results in this video.
W11 is buggy af and desktop mouse latency is laggy as hell. (In game Fullscreen latency is fine)
I'd be careful with promoting custom closed source windows. Could be anything put in. Yes revios and atlas is are closed source. Even though they claim to be open.
Power plan/graphics driver settings/timer resolution/hags/remove defender/minimal background tasks is all you need to do in windows. Anything else is littery placebo.
Agreed 1000%
I have experienced that exact issue with windows 11 on apps opening holding the whole system up, but I haven't been able to get 22h2 to perform equally to 23h2, but that is with Revi OS applied on both, and defender off on both...my assumption is something is turned off in 23H2 that isn't off in 22h2, but I'm not quiet sure what itd be.
The only reason I'm promoting Revi OS is because I've been on it for about 8 months with all of my computers, and have had many of the discord peeps on it too for a long time, so much so, I even got to interact with the developers of it, so out of all of the custom OS's, it's at least the least shady, but I'm not gonna vouch for them and say they are infalable, they are not ofc, and I can only vouch for my own experience with them, which has been positive.
I'll try to get 22h2 up and running to the same performance as 23h2 and see why my windows 10 install performance was so weak👍
Thanks for the video Beefy, I’m getting my 7950x3D in a week and pairing it with an RTX 4090. Do you recommend that I use process lasso?
Good work bro!
Hey mate, you said you tweaked your cpu at the bios etc can elaborate please and maybe share?
Ayyy you tested it!🤩 finally, i figured the rebar thing out myself a while ago
Yup I knew my fps was also dependent on latency of the server.
Amazing video,What about atlas os?
Thanks
Why does the second monitor turn off with your config? Please answer
What is resizable bar and how do I turn it off?
i tried this with my pc
7700x OC 5.4Ghz
DDR5 6200
4070 OC
and from w10 to w11 v 23h2 the improvement was huuuge. (with your config file)
but when i installed revi os the fps dropped about 10-15%
i decided to go back to regular w11 23h2 and debloate it with Chris Titus Tech Tool...
i noticed windows 11 23h2 consistently gave me better avg fps over windows 10 7800x3d. will test without rebar. good vid. BTW always have 2ms ping in benchmark and games.
2ms in benchmarks? That's absolutely awesome! Means you are definitely getting your best possible results👍🙌
@Beefy-Tech benefits of fiber and being about 60ks from the server :)
@@DiGz_Auhow to find out where the server exactly is
Bro plz Can you post all your timings? And optimize curve cpu And voltage i have g.skill 6400 cl32 hynix asus rog strix x670e-f
Have you done any testing for mw3 with a stripped nvidia driver? Or do you just regularly install your nvidia drivers?
I only do regular installs but without installing geforce experience. I'll try stripped installs sometime though👍
what do you reccomend for my rig, 6950xt, 5800x3d, 3200mhz cl 16 18 18 32 ram and windows 10 latest version. Sam on or off, rebar on or off....
Hi, every time i try to run over clock on my 6950xt i get booted out of the game with a message about 'having a over clocked GPU'! any ideas?
Does disabling re-bar also improves 1% lows in Wz2?
I want to squeeze all I can from my 7500F 😅
Yes it does I tried it was getting horrible 1 percent lows just disable it
can this fix small 0.5sec packet bursts?
appreciate all your work to help us out! i lose 10fps on average with rebar off with a 4090 and 13900k but gain 50fps on 1% lows, feels like a good trade off. Also is revi os free and easy to use?
Yeah the 1% lows thing is interesting. On my 14900K I had 170 1% lows with it on...horrific stuff xD. With it on, 300+ so who knows why it's so so bad on specific systems, but good it helps the lows.
Yes, revi OS is free, I'll update the description to include it as I forgot to add links to description.
Sounds about right, since you are CPU bound most of the time in this game.
@@Beefy-Tech appreciate it!
@@wolniacha_tv also true! found that i would have these small micro stutters here and there when rebar was on, that has changed since turning it off
I think generally it's better to be more gpu bound than CPU so the framerate is more consistent but it's not always the case though@@yazannajjar1719
i hope you release a step by step how to install reviOS 🙂
did you try the benchmark with windows 10 ReviOS? And since this game is so weird have you tried if the benchmark funky results translate into the game?
I think that's the next video on the list👍 definitely worth showing exactly how it's installed given how good it is.
In game it's tough to show results without a battle royale map that doesn't have the issues the zombies mode has...so we will have to wait to full br release for accurate in-game differences I'd say.
@@Beefy-Tech waiting patiently for the video, keep up gods work 👍
@@Beefy-Tech The video never came out (😢😢😢
@@byDo4a I had trouble with Revi OS, so I postponed the video until I found the issue. A specific early W11 23h2 version had trouble at the time, which is now fixed. I'll most likely cover it soon as a result👍
@@Beefy-Tech Should I install 11 23h2 now ? R9 7900x ?
How is your results so high for you CPU...
Such a shame cod doesn't work on Linux because if it did I would ditch windows all together
My machine is maxing out at 351fps and 1% lows of 250fps. I’ve got a 7950x3d, zotac 4090, and 32GB of 6000mhz Cl 30. I’ve got CCD1 disabled and CCD0 PBO Enabled. I’ve got my 4090 performance tuned +152mhz. You think there’s anything else I could do to get those frames up? Another question would be, how does your machine run on 4K? I’ve been thinking of getting a 4K monitor.
I would recommend not disabling either ccd and setting the "RendererWorkerCount" to 8 in the cod options4 folder. I have the 7950X3D as well and with that setting it actually behaves like a 7800x3d, maybe slightly better in this game even.
Getting:
CPU - 520fps avg, 391fps 5%, 340fps 1% lows
GPU - 325fps avg, 271fps 5%, 250 1% lows
With a 4080 gaming oc, 6200mt fairly tight a-die, windows 10 22H2, 1440p native using the same quality settings as beefy, and rebar on since it doesn't change much for me atm.
U could try using a geo-fence when testing. Might give you more consistent results
i was actually considering...but i dont have a way to geo fence atm.
How would you set up a 7800x3d properly to not cause stutters? Obviously the 7950x3d stutters more because of scheduling but how do you fix the random cache stutters on the 1ccd part as well?
Install latest bios, do custom timings for ram, undervolt cpu, disable integrated GPU within bios, install chipset drivers, and use balanced power plan. if set up that way you should have 0 issues.
7950x3d can avoid 99% of stutter issues by simply using process lasso, along with the above mentioned setup method used for the 7800x3d.
só múch stuff to do just for stability on high end stuff
@@thedarkangelpt I do have to agree, it as quiet a lot lol
@@thedarkangelptps5! ;)
6400 CL30 full tuning or 6200 cl28 full tuning?
How You turn off resize-bar in config file or bios?
Which is better
both methods of disabling it achieve the same result, but config file method is quicker. You open your config file, use the hotkey CTRL + F to open a text document search bar and search "heaps" then change the GPU UPLOAD HEAPS to "false"
With my configuration, CPU 7800x3d, RAM 6000mhz C32, GPU 7900XTX with res bar OFF cpu low goes on (about 100fps on 5 and 50 on 1) but gpu goes down (lost 50 medium, 30 on low)
what do you recommend doing at the moment?
p.s. i'm ho w11 23h2
Try the multiplayer and zombies out and see which one feels smoother. for me Rebar off is worse in multiplayer because multi is GPU bound, but in zombies Rebar off helps with the huge drops by quiet a bit, so its mode dependant.
@@Beefy-Tech you're right, exactly this
Hello. Nice Job Dude. Im curious, i have a 7950x3d FULLY OC, with 6000 CL 28 with tunned subtimings a 7900 xtx. I only get 235 FPS on 1% LOW with resize ON and 315 with resize off. Any tips ? Preefer CACHE. New Windows 10 Install. Game MODE ON. This PC does 32k VGA score and 20k CPU score on timespy. I have no idea what i have to do to go from 315 to 375. Its almost 25%. Thanks in advance.
"RendererWorkerCount" set it to 8 in the options4 cod file in your documents, that setting on the 7950x3d really helps with the cpu score if you haven't tried it already. It improved my score by dozens of frames for each.
im having a hard time stabilizing my m die 6000 kit at 6200cl30 37-37. do you mind sharing your m die timings?
Yes sure. It's DDR5 6200 MHz CL28 36 36 36 72 48 50000 480 400 300 12 8 8 32 24 6

@@wolniacha_tv Yes this is a Hynix M die 6400Mhz XMP kit.
@@Beefy-Techwhy not run TREFI maxed out? If its temperature then a fan on ram should do the trick? Sorry for spamming you but imma bit too excited waiting for my parts to come and I cant test settings yet myself 🙈
@@Beefy-Tech Why is the vsoc voltage lower in the previous video with 7800 vsoc 1.150 and with 6400 vsoc 1.250?
Where can I find with VDDG 1050MV and VDDP 1150MV in the bios asus rog strix x670e-f?
i noticed this in mw2 the cpu fps went down a lot when rebar is on, is it possible that x3d doesnt like rebar?
It's the game specifically fam..rebar hurts CPU a bit to improve GPU normally, but in cod it has bugs and glitches that caused 1% low issues in certain scenerios.
@@Beefy-Tech could u try this in tomb raider?
Your cpu scores are crazy higher than mine. Same setup I have hard time believing o.cing gives over 100 fps difference. I'm at -30 all core on pbo. When I first started this build it was with win 11 and performance was shit. Right back to 10 I went
For me Windows 11 23H2 + Revi OS was the key to crazy benchmark scores. The setup on win11 is a bit annoying, but it can give good results.
I’m getting like 150 fps 1% lows on my 13900k with pretty decent ddr5 8000 ram. I wonder if it’s because I have rebar on?
Update: it is because of rebar, I turned it off and now I get 262
Oh wow
Do you guys get huge fps drops when you look at certain areas in zombie mode?
Yes, it's the map at fault sadly.
I see... thanks for fast response!
How do you turn off reaziable bar?
You open your config file, use the hotkey CTRL + F to open a text document search bar and search "heaps" then change the GPU UPLOAD HEAPS to "false"
Did u find a fix for a packet burst maybe? Yes, I have my game on SSD and yes I have a fiber and good PC.
Enable QoS if your router supports it. Test for bufferbloat afterwards
@@bios9678 It’s not a issue with a network. My internet and bufferbloat are fine.
Is resizeable bar only on amd drivers
Resizeable Bar is Nvidia - SAM is AMD....you can enable it from the Bios. Doesn't matter if you have amd cpu with nvidia gpu, it work.
how do you get 540 fps on the cpu? i only get 450 with my 7800x3d (1% lows 246) with all core negative 20
Probably ram latency

Guys need to get over comparing their rigs/hardware and set up against COD, especially the benchmark. The benchmark is broken AF, in fact the whole game being MWIII is broken. It looks like shit and runs worse than ever before and that's with potato settings. I refuse to adjust my hardware and settings for this game anymore. TBH anything over 144hz on COD/WZ is being overly kind. I stopped at 180hz after realizing its not a competitive or serious shooter like pc titles, it's a console game and no way I'm spending another $500 on a monitor and $1000 on a GPU to go 240hz or more.
If Activision benchmark their performance against sales and profit and optimise accordingly to get more money, then there's no way I'm benchmarking my pc against COD using their benchmark and optimising my set up to get more FPS. It's a losing battle and achieves absolutely zero. As we see continually each season brings worse performance while gamers spend more upgrading hardware.
I remember a guy doing a video on COD servers and they are the slowest(cheapest) of all the major titles, even Battlefield.
The game will always be optimised for the average gamer on console with average to poor or rather medium to high ping connections and lower skill levels, just plug'n'play, that's it and let SBMM and lag compensation do the rest. About half of my friends online still use 10yr old ps4's to run the game and the other half use ps5's. The CDL only just switch to PC at tournaments a couple of years ago and thats only because sony wanted money.
You should try 390hz monitor that only cost 300 bucks. 0.5ms 💦💦
1440p 360hz has better ulmb but $300.00 ain’t bad for the Acer 390hz. it’s undoubtably one of the best ips 1080p monitors for competitive gaming
