hola! qué extraño diseño del torno amarillo, de montar el motor justo y exacto en donde salpican las virutas, con tantito polvo de hierro colado, no dudo que se irá a corto 😢
@@franciscomurciaprojects2327 Francisco the finish cut looks great but Nitro might be right in your video one of those inserts kept popping up idk if that is rotation speed change or it getting loose but it is clearly visible it around the 11:00 minute mark.
Hello Francisco, I am curious to know what inspired you to make an HSS face mill of this design. I have a commercially made face mill that looks like that. It came with the new milling machine I purchased last year. Unfortunately it has no brand or model on it and I am unable to find anything similar to learn about it. I would be interested in learning anything you may know about this type of face mill. Thank you. Gilles
Thanks for asking, I was inspired by the need to grind pieces similar to the fly cutter, but I decided to do it with 4 cutting burins to make the cut smoother and at a higher speed, you have to be careful to sharpen often so as not to lose cutting quality. Thank you
This song made me fall asleep for a while

Awesome project, really neat design!
Are those cutting inserts standard off the shelf components?
Thanks friend for asking, those inserts are hss tool bits and I cut them to size and provide the cutting angle.
Thanks greetings

I don't know what rpm you are dealing with, but watch out for flying inserts if one of those screws gets loose.
Thanks for commenting, don't worry those inserts are tight.
Greetings
