I know a 46 year old that warms up on the moonboard so wouldn't go that far but I can share an interesting story regarding the board. During the World games one of the gyms in the city was used as a training facility for the national teams. After the comp the Slovenian team went there to do a cool down session finished with a...100 move circuit on the moonboard. Gives some perspective how far the pro's are from normal Joe's. The amount of volume they do is unbearable for a working class individual (noto enough recovery=injury).

Melissa Le Neve's status as a climbing icon is assured but she deserves better than an extended advert for some new shoes Epic TV. All part of the job of a professional climber these days I suppose but it doesn't mean I have to like it.
This was a really well-made, very entertaining video. Actually one of the best I've seen in a while (and I watch a lot of sh*t). Funny how people nowadays always try hard to find something to complain about. Melissa got an entire Reel Rock episode about her ascent of "Action Directe". Go watch that if you're not into the other things professional climbers "have to" do as - correct - part of their job. Epic TV is about selling stuff, so of course their videos are always more or less about - you got it - promoting/selling stuff. But they often do a good job making it quite fun to watch. I'm also quite sure Melissa wouldn't complain about being able to make her sponsor happy by simply having a lil film crew accompanying her on two casual training days.

Please ad at least a disclaimer that you shouldn`t park up there in cresciano. It doesn`t matter what grade you climb the parking is lower and as a Pro I think it would be better to act like a rolemodel and respect the rules (as a lot of people watch this and look up to Melissa).
It's a shame seeing that top athletes who absolutely knows the new regulations aren't able to respect them... And why showing that on a channel with more than 200k subscribers?
Please just don't drive up there, it's forbidden. As a professional you have the responsibility of a role-model. Also, EpicTV, if she does so, do you need to publish that?

Outdoorgearlab gave the NIADS a score of 62/100 and rated them #26 out of 28 climbing shoes. But she says they're great!
