Back in October 2023, Svana Bjarnason entered the European Olympic Qualifier in Laval, France, marking her first combined bouldering and lead event. However, just 10 minutes in, she injured her ankle. Despite sharp pain and medical advice to stop, she pushed through. This episode follows her journey as she grapples with this injury and the mental and physical challenges she faces along the way. Since battling injuries is nothing new for Svana, we get an insight into her determination to recover and her journey through rehab, regaining her strength, and building the confidence to climb at her best once again.

En octobre 2023, Svana Bjarnason participait au Tournoi de Qualification Olympique Européen à Laval, France, marquant sa première épreuve de combiné bloc et difficulté. Cependant, après seulement 10 minutes, elle se blesse au pied. Malgré une douleur aiguë et l’avis médical d’arrêter, elle décide de continuer. Cet épisode suit son parcours alors qu'elle est aux prises avec cette blessure, et montre les défis mentaux et physiques auxquels elle est confrontée en cours de route.
Étant donné que surmonter une blessure n'est pas nouveau pour Svana, cet épisode offre un aperçu de sa détermination dans le chemin de la guérison. Il montre également son parcours de rééducation, en regagnant de la force et retrouvant la confiance nécessaire pour grimper à nouveau à son meilleur niveau.
