new sawgrass SG400 SG800 compatible ink cartridge, show ink level

this ink cartridge is with newly developed cartridge chips. Unlike GC41 ink cartridge which works on RICOH printers but doesn't show ink level on SAWGRASS printers, this new ink cartridge work the same as the original ink cartridge, ink level shown, no warranty warning displayed.

I just changed my ink and its the refillable ones but when i print there is black lines all over my picture is there any way to remove this

I am very interested but have a question. Does the sawgrass also recognize the ink (or only the ink level)? Does the waranty warning show up? I heard that Print Manager will add now a watermark if you use non sawgrass original color (and dont want watermarks to show up in my prints :)😀
