What's the constant noise in the back ground? Sounds like a train horn or a industrial wood plainer.
I think it's the air circulation fans. My old workplace had some huge outdoor fans that started to get noisy. It wasn't loud, but once I noticed it, I couldn't ignore it :(

Another great review. Hopefully, after the new store is finished reviewing can be done inside on your new 35 meter inside range. No NOISE and no wind???? Just thinking how nice THAT WOULD BE!!!! One nice bow even if it isn't a PSE!
Best thing about spirals is that they perform so well you never need to run them flat out, typically for thr majority people I reckon mid 55s is more then enough.
Prevail is definitely one of my favourite Hoyts ever made, a pro comp elite turned up to 11.
My last prevail I swapped out the X3 cams to a Spiral ..... holy Hanna it shot well but it is aggressive and not a bow for a beginner ! 😂

He just reviews older bows that people sell him. This video was for people who may be interested in purchasing a second hand target bow.

The string stop is not included and is bought extra on the Prevail. I think last one you did video on had no string stop.

Haha, that is what I shoot, even same color! And yes the cam is hard. It will teach you to pull hard when you hit the back wall. The adjustable draw stop can make it a bit softer though. I love shooting it, but don't expect any forgiveness. In 50lbs wound down a bit the draw is harder than a 60lbs Mathews I tried.
Will you be reviewing any of the 2021 Mathews bows?

The reason your scores kinda suck is because of the SVX cam. SVX cams are way less forgiving than the X3/DCX cams, so your bad arrows will be a bit worse than on the X3/DCX, but if you do your part, the groups will be much tighter than you could get with an X3/DCX.
Boy, that horn or whatever that whine is in the background would drive me crazy. Hopefully, that's not a permanent fixture at your new place. At any rate, now you know why he's trading it in. It must be hard to re-sell equipment that you don't like unless you just pretend you have never shot it.
Who wants a bow that makes you pull your guts out? No one! Why do that to yourself just to get speed when there's other bows that will get you speed. Smooth easy draw and hitting your mark is the final answer. Elite and PSE have these good high speed bows that are easier to draw. Even my 2018 Evolve 35 with 318 grain arrows 28" @ 56 pounds will do 310 fps. I have to back it off to 52pounds to get ASA speed (288) or shoot 375 grain arrows
