With 35 years of law enforcement experience, every accidental shooting I worked, the person doing the shooting (without fail) said "I didn't pull the trigger it just went off". Just before I put the cuffs on them.

John, you speak with integrity and truth. On a side note I would like to personally thank you because of an act of kindness you did at a car show recently here in Cincinnati. My nephew age 46 was paralyzed just less than a decade ago and is in a wheelchair. When you saw him you took the time to come off stage and personally greet him and his family. It meant the world to us as he religiously watched the “Duke boys” as a child and you stopped everything you were doing to speak to him man to man and my family will always hold that memory and you sir in high regard. Salute’ 🙏🏻

I am retired from the US ARMY I have trained young soldiers and my own children to shoot and handle firearms safely. In my over 60 years of handling fire arms I have had 2 unintended discharges, one was a slam fire (not possible with a single action revolver) and one was my own stupidity. But fortunately I was following the rule I was taught when I was 8 and the rifle I was holding was pointed down range and nothing was damaged but my pride. I have 15 years experience as an on set medic/nurse and safety director.
Alec is displaying typical Narcissistic mannerism.
    No one is pointing out:
    1. Mr. Baldwin was the only producer on set at the time of the incident. Producers make 100 percet of all financial decisions.
    2. This scene was not in the script pages that were to be filmed on this day. It was not in the call sheet. The script supervisor is suing because this was not in the work for this day.
    3. 2 hours before several members of the filming crew left in protest to unsafe filming practices.
    4. At the time of the incident no one involved was screened for drugs or alcohol (as outlined by OSHA) For all work related accidents leading to death.
Having worked on set as a safty director and on set nurse for over 15 years in Hollywood, these are all oversight that lead to a very dangerous suspicious.
I suspect that the crew was high on stimulants (Cocaine) and drunk. When the crew walked it was way after a normal 16 hour day. And the main guy who wanted to keep going was incharge. So everyone who was there was trying to keep the "Big Guy" happy.
To get this proof now, the Santa Fe DA would have to subpoena a drug screen of hair, to see drug history. If correct you will see is stable hx of usage.
The city of Santa Fe is known for allowing Non-Union and Union films to not follow all of the mandated safty regulations that are outlined by OSHA.
I also see that OSHA will now start finning and investigating, causing more fines on the lagit productions.
I know no one will read my post, but its the truth. After workig for 15 years on featurs like "The Rock" and more, this is a very sad reality that happens all of the time.

Now I have 2 questions; Who is representing him & allowed him to open his mouth before his own trial and what was his real relationship w this woman? Msybe there was something there. I wouldn't have thought of it at all had it not been for how hard he is trying to get off this and now seeing his true character and lack of moral fiber, I see what a selfish, egotistical man he is. He sealed his own fate with his narcissism.

He might not have realized he pulled the trigger. Alec is a huge drinker. I know from working on sets myself that they sometimes have actors there who are drinking. He might have been drinking and drinking heavily. Don't speculate what was going on it was an accident. Does anyone think he meant to kill anyone that day? It was an accident. People were sloppy in the handling of that gun period. My son accidentally broke a glass in a window and a sliver went into a correction guards eye. He got 20 years to serve in prison for that accident. Should Alec Baldwin or someone have a charge for this murder? I don't think so however based upon precedent in my son's case hell yeah. To make it fair. My son's a special Ed student how much more unfair can you be? He still has two years to serve because he parolled out during a pandemic and had legal porn on his phone so they put him back in to serve the entire sentence. Life is not fair for my son. I wish I were a younger woman I would start movements and get this changed. I have reached out to Kim Kardashian through social media to help but I haven't heard anything. Yeah manslaughter charge would be nice to see since my son had his life taken away for an accidental glass breaking. Someone anyone please help me get him out

The armorers are always very strict, and no one else ever gives the actors a weapon. I've never seen a director or assistants handle a weapon.

I can’t imagine him actually saying he feels no personal responsibility in the death of Ms Hutchins. He’s really lost imo. That he actually blamed her as the DP for him pointing the gun in her direction and pull that hammer back? That’s blaming the victim. The only genuine emotion he showed was true anger at what Trump said about him, and the utter contempt he has for the two crew members who filed civil suits.
