Nice boats, looking forward to what you’ll do with them
Just wondering when you split the hull the factory rub is going to not be reusable , what are you going back with in its place ?
If it's all there and not damaged which is rare you can be very careful removing rivets, and reuse. I will go for a rubber with aluminum insert fit over and use some 3m 5200 to be sure it won't move.
These rub rails look cool, but they have issues when the boat flexes and are easily damaged

If you cut that boat in half you’re going to void the warranty. I’m just saying you might want to think about it
