I wouldn't push him to a world title much, I would have him as some kind of midcard badass who will eventually get a lengthy title reign before losing to a rising star like Alistair Black or something
It's very simple. Don't cave to the fans. I say this as a roman hater, if they gave him the supercena treatment and had him going over everyone despite what the crowd thinks, it would end up being a massive success. The only reason he doesn't feel right anymore is because they go back and forth all the time on him. Have some conviction dammit.
I'd have gone Full Heel after The Undertaker match.
ADAM: before Roman can become a main eventer, I would have the Shield have that babyface run before a break up by Seth or they just go there separate ways.

People came to him with ideas and they worked out something together so Vince doesn't immediately shut down the pitches. Since I'm pretty sure that guy has long been gone, Vince has probably been running wild on the whole creative team for years

A character separate from The Shield wearing different gear and a new theme would be a start.
That's everyone biggest problem with Roman after Shield broke up that everyone moved on from the Shield and changed their attires and theme but Roman has the Shield music(altered but still the same)and the Shield attire but altered,they should have changed his attire completely and remeinded the silent buy deadly character he was when we where behind him

So true. Reigns got SO MUCH HEAT after beating the Undertaker and he dropped the crowd with a ONE LINER which got him booed out of the building. WWE could have used that to their advantage and have him continue to brag about it or something.
Disagree. By that point, fans were so fed up with Reigns that he was getting X-Pac heat. The best time to turn him heel would have been in the finals of the Survivor Series tournament after Rollins got injured. WWE was teasing the Authority, needing a new golden boy with Rollins out, tempting Reigns in the build-up to the PPV--so pull the trigger on that, give him the title, and then your storyline leading into next year's Mania would have been Ambrose (who got screwed in that match) vs Reigns for the championship.

Roman Reigns keeping the shield gear and music puts me in mind of Sean Waltman's X-Pac character coming out to DX music wearing DX gear and doing DX taunts and moves for years after DX was long dead. Having a faction break up, but having one guy randomly keep the music and branding never works.
I still stand by this that I have been saying forever. The main reason for the whole backlash and refusal for Roman Reigns being THE guy was due to the Social Media Age. It was so easy to get on Twitter or other outlets and read article after article about how Reigns is being groomed to be the guy. Then you add a space on the internet for so many people to voice their opinions and all of a sudden the internet hates Roman and it became the cool thing to do, because everyone else does.

If this rebooking of Roman Reigns happened in real life along with Adam's rebooking of Dean's heel turn and the rebooking of the shield's breakup (from whatculture) - it would become the greatest pro wrestling story arc of all time

I am going to cheer for Roman when he comes back. It is not his fault he got pushed to the edge of the Milky Way, or was given the line "suck up sell out full of suffering succotash, son." I think he really is capable of putting on good matches, and his mic work isn't bad either.

There was actually a brief moment in December 2015 when it seemed he was finally over during that fued with Vince and Sheamus. But yeah, the fans turned on him at the rumble AGAIN.

We need a follow up to this... How Adam would book "The Tribal Chief" Roman Reigns. Honestly it'd good as it is, but there are problems no one wants to admit. Firstly, Romans biggest feeling feuds have been vs part timers who fir the most part feel like they've no chance of beating him. Also, no one ever feels built up enough to have a half chance of beating him. Like perfect example was Finn Balor. Because WWE had Lesnar return and set up a feud with Roman, you knew that Balor would lose because Roman vs Brock was next, therefore you can't invest in Balor winning.

I like that in the description it say "is heel reigns the answer?" And the answer to that was definitely yes when he came back.
What really annoyed me about that build to WM 32 was that, for the briefest of moments, it worked and then they ruined it.
Yes, he beat Dean and no-one wanted that, but then Sheamus cashed in and his genuine heel heat coupled with Roman's kayfabe frustration got Roman over. The Raw after TLC, he punches Vinny Mac, beats Sheamus for the belt and the crowd pops. He's got the belt, the crowd cheers, all they need to do his keep him fighting Sheamus while they set up a challenger for WM 32... and then the next week they made the Rumble for the title. It should have been Dean vs Roman no matter the dynamic, and it could have been amazing, but not to be.
I'd only change the Cash in.
Daniel beats Brock via the Knee, he's celebrating in the ring. Then, Brie Bella comes out, getting to celebrate with her husband like she couldn't do last year.
Only she gets shoved out the way as Seth shoots down the ramp with music only hitting after he shoves Brie.
He gets in the ring, hit Daniel with the Briefcase, Curbstomps him onto the Championship and then Cashes in for a win in under 18 seconds.

Roman in a way is a lot like X-Pac. When DX split, X-Pac never left the DX identity. Still wore green, still did crotch chops, still had the DX-esque music. Reigns' character has never really been able to let go of The Shield. Still wears the vests, still had the Shield Shield esque theme music
How Adam Would Book... Seth Rollins Title Reign of late 2019.
There's no better way to book that, honestly. Because he was over as a babyface and booked decently well before Seth decided to go rogue on Twitter and fight the world, forcing himself heel. The only change to make would be to just have him lose to Bray one month earlier.
No one in particular the social media stuff wasn’t what got him booed at all it was the bray feud.

The Sufferin' Succotash Promo was done on my birthday and I'll never forgive Vince McMahon for that.
30:23 What if instead of Roman beating Ambrose in a few seconds, they have a competitive match which results in Roman trying to spear Ambrose on the outside, but he misses and crashes into the barricade, then Ambrose is left with the decision to take a count out win or break the count. He chooses the count out win, resulting in tension between the two and then goes on to lose to Rollins at FastLane in similar circumstances, resulting in Roman suggesting he can't get the job done which further builds tension leading up to the triple threat match.
This sets up a redemption arc for Ambrose later in the year where he goes through a period of self doubt to culminate with his match against Lesnar at next year's WM, and saves the singles match between Roman and Rollins for later.

Funny... I was at Royal Rumble 2015 in Philly. The boos were deafening. I'm pretty sure chants of "We want refunds!" broke out too. I think the crowd booed even harder at the Rock raising his hand. It was definitely one of the loudest reactions I've heard at any wrestling show, let alone a WWE show. Very surreal.

You know honestly I'm glad I wasn't watching wrestling during the yes movement it allowed me to get back into it with out any negative stigma for Roman and while I have for a while thought of him as the next cena and got a bit tired of his matches I never thought of him undeserving in it because he can wrestle he does have mic skills and I hope when he returns fans can finally accept it more and honestly realize that he is really good at his job just like they realized Joe is a real life person who's pretty cool
