I love how Rick gave to Daryl one last nod as an "I got it brother, you were right". It was their last team work, they were the only ones who knew that he's not gonna make it. Daryl covered him from walkers with the arrows while Rick blew up the bridge.
Tudor TWD I'm pretty sure that Daryl was covering him so he wouldn't die while the rest of them fired their guns so they could redirect the herd away from Rick... that's literally what Maggie tells everyone to do. Why would Daryl just let Rick die?

One of the best send-offs and episodes I’ve ever watched from any show. It truly captures how good Rick is as a protagonist and I’m truly sad to see him leave the show. (And praise Angela Kang for executing his send-off in such a good manner). Yeah the show will never feel the way it felt with Rick but it’s been more than entertaining and I’m connecting with many new characters. Can’t wait to see the ending of season 10, what’s to come and Rick and Michonne in the movies. The music is amazing, brought chills to me and all that.
This music is the embodiment of Rick Grimes and his character. I think that is what the composer was trying to capture. Especially at 3:20? That's Rick.
Season 6 also had some dope tunes. The series as a whole has always had an incredible score. Bear McCreary also scored God of War on PS4 and Godzilla: King of the Monsters and those scores are also 🔥 🔥 🔥
