Also that vinktar lightning flask that shocks you and nearby enemies, shock immunity on another flask or somehow on the tree, and you can probably push 100 million plus dps.
@@subtractem Could use Profane Proxy to overwrite the useless shock to have the skitter auto applying Punishment. May not be worth it but it's a QoL option.

For blade vortex zerphis is quite bad. In fact if you're using expeditions end I think it's overall bad anyway. Shock is an anti synergy with wither and ignite does little. The soul eater is nice but witch is low on stats anyway. I think that item is a bait except for the soul eater. The heat shiver combo is nuts though, enjoyed using it.

A little mistake in calculations: while in most cases increased damage taken on enemies is acting like a multiplier, but in other cases like with wither + punishment + bottled faith it is additive and it is going to have diminishing returns

Would it be possible to make poison builds with high hit rate skills while using original sin? Maybe it's not worth it when compared to hit based idk. I'm very curious about that

The conversion should work exactly the same as it always has, since the wording on the ring doesn't suggest a change to any form of the elemental conversion process... Lighting - Cold - Fire - Chaos

The last multiplier at least for POB is how many times in that one action you did that Damage. For example Totems: 1Mill on 5 totems is 5Mill

it's POE we're talking here so wording is very important, You can't change their res, that's fact, but "penetration of resistance" is different modifier in damage calculation formula so it works

I can throw a lot of money at the rest of the items but that's less interesting. By minimizing everything else it showcases how good the ring actually is. I actually think it's underpriced at 100 div.
I pray GGG save this league in core, i cant image PoE without Sanctum as farming place, as new build-enabling layer anymore, as new way to get fun with all this non-build-power but personal-skill-based requirements. The time split before and after 3.20. I was never ever so involved in mechanic and scarry about safety of it.

honestly the best thing about this ring isn't the dps or anything, it's the fact that it bypasses those stupid archemesis mods that make rares super resistant to specific elements. Though I assume it doesn't work on "cycling damage reduction", if it does then this ring is the most op item ever in the game because that archnem mod is the most infurating thing in PoE currently.
my idea was took the staff from uber atziri,took elementalist with nodes (all damage can ignite).Took from occultist "15% more chaos damage" and try to melt bosses with ignite and poison
Mageblood only hurts build that need multiple unique flasks or in some way benefit specifically from triggering flasks instead of having them active all the time
I still think despair is a better curse overall is it not? Because it still does give a lot of added flat chaos damage, same with awakened added chaos damage support for your main link bv. Since you can scale that pretty damn high as well it could get a little off the charts no?

Budget and then you only need the 100 D ring. Pretty much get the ring and use w/e you want you don't really need a build guide for a ring this broken.

I made perfect Eternity Shroud gear in Ritual and don't want to do that again with nerfed harvest.

Good thinking but unfortunately you can't convert any damage over time except through very unique mechanics.

Shaper of Flame node says "Hits always ignite" doesn't actually always do that, it gets scaled down with map mod atleast.
Ignites are still taken as fire damage, even if you ignite with chaos. Shaper of flames is almost an anti synergy with this ring.

You can't, correct. We can pen through it still though. It's why we don't use despair anymore.

Since echo forge just gives us flat chaos we don't get any value from conversion. I haven't run the numbers but my instinct is it's not worth.
