- Youthanasia was released 26 years ago this month and I was recently sent the master tracks so decided to tab another of my favourite Megadeth songs. I follow the recorded bass line up and until around 3:59 were I just follow the guitars as I always liked the live outro of this song.

Thanks man, I was first trying to get a more flatter bass tone like the album but somehow it came out sounding the bass tone from RIP and CTE so just stuck with it 🎸

@@JamesDixon it will take a month because ive almost mastered Reckoning Day with your tabs. Heads up for A Tout Le Monde if you do tabs for that it seems to have a pedal tone or where it stays on F while the guitars move from F to Ab and so on, but only for one bar, and then it follows the guitar. Kinda like on You Gotta Another Thing Coming

From what I recall this is just the neck pickup of that bass on full. It's perfect for Ellefson era Megadeth, really need to cover some more 😬
