They absolutely did not have to go this hard on this mission, but they did and its phenomenal. From the attention to detail of the shifting to the sounds of the car and the tires chirping convincingly, its a masterpiece. And playing it actually seems super fun.
data that no one ask for : From what I understand, the game in that specific mission changes the graphics engine, it is frostbite but as I remember it uses the modified version that EA used in NFS The Run and Rivals (btw great games even with its limitations), and as someone who played those two games before warfighter I think it's true
On your left, you'll see a line of Rossolini Tempestas from Burnout Paradise as you exit the first underground parking garage. You'll then overtake a Kitano Touge Sport - ALSO from Burnout Paradise on your right just after that, THEN see another Touge Sport during the cars swap scene in the second underground parking garage.
I really like how the driver's hand goes on the stick before he shifts. That to me is more realistic compared to most games where the driver does the shift animation the second you change gears.
Someone else said that Preacher supposedly drives a Porsche Panamera GTS in this mission. Even though the interior doesn't look like it, I always believed it because you were driving a V8 hatchback. The 970 Panamera did come with a manual transmission, but there were less than 140 of them made, and only about 108 had both the V8 and the six-speed. It would also make more sense since you're trying to blend in, and in Dubai, they like their exotic cars. I guess I was wrong.
He probably drives a 2010 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT-S - Maserati badge - Interior looks the same (but slightly altered, dunno why if they kept the actual Maserati logo) - IRL this car has a Ferrari's 4.7L V8 and 6-speed automated manual transmission (notice how Preacher shifts into P after he drives backwards)
@ReFr4ct1oN Does he? I always thought that was just him taking it out of reverse. You see him moving his hands throughout the level in a manner that suggests he's shifting the gears himself. The logo in the steering wheel is also not the Maserati logo. If you look closely, it's the TF Blackbird logo.
I would have assumed a Holden Commodore, because if I remember correctly GM did sell them in the middle east during this time, and the engine sound used for it is very reminiscent of the one EA liked to use for the C6 Corvette, which some versions of the Commodore used a similar engine to.
God I really LOVE the car chases missions in Medal of Honor: Warfighter ! I wish the Call of Duty studios to be inspired to do the same in the Modern Warfare reboot or the Black Ops games (Infinity Ward did a pretty good job with the convoy mission in MWII, but it's not on the same level than Moh:W).
Grandfathers will drive like they have all the time in the world and for one moment they will turn into a beast if the situation calls for it Then they will go back to being a gramps with a gramp car and no one will believe you
Awake all night, unable to get the old walkthrough out of the head, and decided, "Yeah, I'll keep practicing with this 12-year-old flop until no one can complain". It's funny, till, that Warfighter is better remembered for its driving stages, but quality is where you can find it.
at 2:18 you could have stayed left at 5:45 you could have jumped behind the truck by the dirt pile at 6:15 you could jam hard the handbrakes and do a drift entry at the cutscene at 6:50 you could turn right to spawn another car
I didn't forget at all but yes in hindisght I could have gone left instead of right. Its just the AI is unpredictable really, if I slow down then the other 3 cars behind me crash into me, if I speed up he swerves into me and its harder to avoid. I don't think I could have jumped over the dirt it just causes a massive crash and certainly scratches the paintwork.
@@AFGuidesHD they're fairly predictable depending on how far you are from them if you are aligned behind em, he might turn right even if you are a bit left however, if you are far left, they will turn left also the dirt piles can cause a rollover
@@iwasneverkilled3516 Yes I know they are "predictable" in that sense, however he was far ahead of me and wasn't doing what they normally do at that distance, so they're also not 100% predictable
_Medal of Honor: The Run_
"Words out there, that you took the wrong turn, Preacher."

Crazy to think that they made a decent NFS environment for just a short mission. This game was something else
This game and NFS Rivals both ran on Frostbite 2. Probably reused the same assets
@@forrestgumball Prob was The Run cuz it came out a year earlier
@@forrestgumballThe run bro, rivals were completely different
If you play NFS The Run, this is literally the same mechanic and AI for any mob chase or police chase.
Would be more enjoyable if they had cockpit seat camera tho that's what all NFS fans are waiting for

Funny how these two (2010 and Warfighter) modern Medal of Honors can't settle for a single engine.
@@deixos2224 yeah it wasnt just medal of honor the only one with a identity crysis apearly

I saw both of these cars too
0:30 no way
I love that manual kick while changing gears
Bro going in 60 seconds getting like the movie

So this is like Burnout Paradise's Marked Man only with more marks and more men
I'm impressed!
more like Jack escaping Marcus Blackwell mob in Chicago stage.

pause on the moment where he gets dragged out, you can see the rear of Panamera for a moment
Nice of you to retry this mission with a cleaner run.
I miss EA BlackBox. The Run is my favorite NFS.
Now slap in the NFS the run soundtrack. Boom, profits
you drive like my grandad in his jaaaag
The V8 is insane
That damn engine sounds so good. Goated random UA-cam recommendation.
*NFS: The Run Think Trice Theme plays.*
That was so clean Rabbit would have been proud.
Do an opposite run. Make sure the car is damaged as much as possible.

Should've put in NFS The Run music to make a video more intense.
Oh hey, I just realized it's a Kitanos Touge in the garage.
I kept seeing you beamng furry
there should be mods that moves the camera to the rear of the car, or see if someone can port nfs the runs camera coordinates to this.
Princess Leia I thought that was a bomb but instead now bro Thanksgiving turkey
I been wondering what car you're driving in that mission
Prob a 2010 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT-S
i always thought it to be a 2011 Cadillac CTS-V but who knows for sure
To me this always seemed like a Jaguar XF
also, THAT'S SOME REAL DRIVIN THERE! LOVED IT!

now put eurobeat over it.
Of course this is near perfect, you have a Jaaag.
Needs some Kerosene in the background
What type of your Jaguar?
v8
You mean, the 2012 XF?
@@shokata9923 Yeah
are you gonna do comedy clips with hot pursuit mission as well?
maybe ;)

What year is that game from bro, and how can I buy it? Thanks
2012, its on EA origin
Can you put NFS The Run music for the next one? :)
