What these kids dont tell you is they get overtime its called OT. My relative used to work the same job. So if they work more than 8 hrs or holidays they get over time. My fathers native is tirupur one hour from Coimbatore. As far as I know tamil workers are very aware of their rights. This OT or overtime system is there from 20 years. I was in grade 11 and 12 when i heard this term and asked her she explained it to me. The reason there are jobs is because the locals are all educated and moved on to higher skilled jobs. In 2005 there were 250 engineering colleges in tamilnadu alone. The girl from Jharkhand did not even know basic things but the girl from Chattisgarg her grand parents got her educated in the textile institute I bet you she is earning 25,000rupees which labourer in Jharkhand, Chattisgarh or UP bihar gets health insurance. I also lived in a hostel when i studied i did not like hostel food. The point here is development needs to in states where no jobs are available. That guy did not even ask what salary imagine the desperation. Develop the northern states so they can stay and work there and dont complain about food. Ask anyone if they have ever liked hostel food. The owners are caring enough they put a meeting and decide the weekly menu. The north indian girls studied with me did not have that luxury. The owners are making every effort to take care of them

I am bihari. And I know the mentality of a bihari person. Not only our leaders are corrupt but also most people of Bihar are corrupt. They sell their vote just for few rupees and the name of caste. They never asked their leader about job, education, health , infrastructure etc... Leaders also know how to take vote from these people in the name of caste. People go outside for job opportunity and work there for just 10000, 15000 and when they come to Bihar they behave like they are successful people. बिहार की 100% युवा में 50% अभी बिहार से बाहर काम कर रहे है । और उस 50% में 30 % को उतनी भी राजनिति समझ नही है जितनी होनी भी चाहिए । बहुत से ऐसे युवा है जो बिहार के बाहर पढ़ लिख रहे है वो वोट देने नही आना चाहते । बिहार में ज्यादा वोटिंग 30 से उपर की उम्र के लोग करते है । कभी भी तेजस्वी हो या नीतीश इनकी आप बीती समझ नही आई है। मै अपने जिला से बाहर पढ़ता हुआ में क्यों वोट देने जाऊ उससे कुछ फायदा तो होने बाला है नही जिसकी जितने की संभावना ज्यादा है वे दोनो चोर है तो कोई तुक है वोट देने का
