If opening something new - is called STARTUP, then it also exited in the past. What new addition job creation from government side is the QUESTION ? it's not about starting a new business by taking project msme loans, but creating new industries, port etc from gov side. Purnea DM Kundan Kumar is a great person who got many awards from PM for Unnayan Bihar, Chanpatia models etc.His Chanpatia model in west Champaran made labours entrepreneurs .Many of them were working in Surat ,Ludhiana ,Delhi etc came to Bihar during lockdown and got inspiration and support from DM .They are now running business and some of them are exporting outside India also
