Ya that's correct but he went with the ridge way for the balance while blue is active he can rebuild the white but if u can't rebuild the white armor when your blue armor goes away you have a chance of dying
You should try a build I made eclipse protocol with weapon with rolled on each piece ridgeway and armor rolled on perfect galvanized piece the bleed from ridgeway spreads the armor Regen is crazy

Repair skills change the speed of healing too, so it increese the armor speed of the chest.
Why not a trauma chest? Profs galvanize on blind. Lose on damage but keeps galvanize active

It's the armor regen that it's after. The damage is already there once you get striker stacks, plus the crit from elmos.
