I’ve had multiple experiences selling vehicles where they were never retitled. On one I got call from NYC police for impounded car with thousands in parking tickets and they wanted me to pay. On another, a 1984 Ferrari 308 GTSI, the car was sold 3 times, stored for several years, and my signed title was lost. 3rd “owner” wanted me to sign a title over to him, which lawyer advised I not do. Seems a rather open ended process which leaves the seller as legal owner until the buyer retitles.
When I was 16 and a new driver, a friend refused to sell me his Chevy Nova II (I dont remember the year) telling me I would hurt myself driving that car at my age. He sold it to a guy 3 years older than me who wrapped it round a tree three weeks later. 😡😡😡😡

Audio really needs to be higher, this is the only channel that's too quiet to watch on my phone😢
Did you press the button with the car and the 180 arrow?
That undoes all accidents and makes the car brand new again.
That passenger... late night, well I hope his "wife" was alright. 😂 Surely he wasn't getting a hummer and got a bit excited and 💥 🚗
I’ve had multiple experiences selling vehicles where they were never retitled.
😡😡😡😡
Once Freddie finishes the p1, we'll be seeing it again on his channel
How can the car be sold in the US through different dealerships if he still stays as the owner?
Great system you guys have in place. Have you heard of databases? Like the ones where you register the car so you don't have to put stupid stickers on the licence plates.
Happened something similar my dad sold my big brother Ford Probe last gen a silver one and the old guy crahed in a week
Once again, the king of car stories brings us another chapter in collecting cars. Too bad about the total. It WAS a nice example even with the milage.
I wouldnt say NO injuries. His leg came off 🥁🥁🥁
Great story 🔥 thank you for sharing 😊
Cheeky Holden ute in the background at the Buick dealership
Next day airbag sensors came in
Tavarish is going to be so happy to get a doner for Hoovies R8
Early 2020? "Last Year?" Have I time traveled?
Looking forward to hearing Ed explain this one
Anyone notice the bug at @2:42 in the bottom left
Hey Freddy, don't you have a R8 with a boat anchor V8.
V10 in your V8 car= 60 or 70 grand for the P1 build.
Just a thought.
This is so crazy, I swear I just saw the sale listing for your R8 recently, too!
Its merely a flesh wound. Nothing that duct tape and WD40 couldn't fix.
Still, its nice that they didnt get hurt after the car ended up looking like that. Thats what i call value for your money.
I think it does still have an air bag light on.
Put it in rice for few days, should be fine to drive in few days
Damn well built car to walk away from that wreck.
Seems like an anti-ad for the radenso radar/laser jammer. Says he had it in the car, immediately says he got a huge ticket.
9:47 should've been the opening😂
That car didn’t even look survivable to me….some people are REALLY LUCKY!
What it wasn't me I tell you it was a one-legged man. The one legged man!
Is the airbag light still on?
I would gladly pay double of that I just want the power plant and some of the interior
Ngl I love this guys voice and he should do horror stories or something like fr
Ed buys a destroyed car and doesn’t sell it to Freddie 😮
Ed sold a totalled car to the purchasing owner for the cost of tow/impound fees.
Vinwiki actually a run at getting consumers provide free data and get the owners a large structured data set they can resell, no other purpose
i like the Manual R8 . the Audi TTs and the older Audi S5 is it or A5 2 door . manual all models
8:41 sounds a lot like insurance fraud. didn't want to pick it up as they didn't have insurance on it yet.
“Yea I have your car”
“10k cash and I will tell you where it is”
Ehhh...you were not going to give that dealer a ring... you ain't fooling me lol.
That wouldn've been a nice conversion for Freddy 😫
Ed is so interesting to 👂 and my favorite color is orange. Greetings from Croatia!
Ed get into old bmws I know you loved your e46 m3 but get a e24 m6 or e28 m5
That shows how tough and safe the R8 is! Whoa!
That is really impressive crash wise. The Audi stayed together!
Put it in a pool for a while then let Freddy at it, anythings possible , apparently.
This is similar to me selling my Ford ranger a few years ago only recently to find out through the wife, the guy I sold it to had recently passed a few months ago and wanted to know if I wanted something from it, asked about the truck since I'd only seen it twice since selling it to which she told me he totalled it pretty early on
Dean Karnage the FD driver just bought one. He might be looking for another motor. Hit him up.
