What's with all the black frames in the video?

They are due to budget cuts. Didn’t have enough to pay for all the frames.

Why is the video flashing black every few seconds? Super annoying

I enjoyed this story in your book, but I loved the additional commentary. Looking forward to your next video.

Great video. I especially liked the flickering on/off video which made be feel as if I was right there. Very artistic:-)

I didn't train myself to micro nap but it happens to me all the time. Wife hates it because I normally wake up in a startle and sometimes kick or jerk my arms and hit her or if it happens when I am driving it scares her. Rightfully so. It started when i turned 30 and now I'm 41 and it still happens. At least I have learned the signs of it and will have her drive if I start feeling like it's coming on. It's a odd feeling for sure

Wow! Harrowing. I ferried new single engine Cessnas in 1975, around the southern usa. Had a few minor problems. Can’t imagine this flight. At my airline, I did relay position reports for guys down low, doing flights like yours. I’d hear other airliners ask “why the hell are you doing that?” The guys were building flight time-the fun, but hard way🥴

Coming soon. We recorded it but I want to make sure the upload doesn't have the same stupid black flashes in it. But stay tuned, part 2 is even better than part 1!

I read your book, but your verbal telling of it was still very entertaining. Thanks

Very cool story! I had to go once flying a 172 & used an empty 12 oz Coke can. I was _very careful_ in it's disposal. I slowed to 70 MPH. I'll tilt the can to prevent what was about to happen. I considered placing my thumb over the can's hole but didn't. I'll grip the can tightly & reach as far from the fuselage as possible before letting go, worried about hitting the stabilizer, or the slipstream pushing it back inside. _I had it planned out!_ "The best-laid schemes of mice and men go oft awry," Robert Burns, 1785, "Of Mice and Men." As soon as the can passed the threshold, the slipstream defied my careful planning, sucking pee-pee out & spraying it around the cabin, on the windshield, instrument panel and my face, in about 1 second. At least it didn't hit the stabilizer!
